| The President shall be regarded as having assumed office upon taking an oath of the following content at sitting of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan: | Президент Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси йиғилишида қуйидаги қасамёдни қабул қилган пайтдан бошлаб ўз лавозимига киришган ҳисобланади: |

| 4) conduct negotiations and sign treaties and agreements of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensure the observance of the negotiated by the Republic treaties, agreements and the assumed by it obligations; | 4) музокаралар олиб боради ҳамда Ўзбекистон Республикасининг шартнома ва битимларини имзолайди, республика томонидан тузилган шартномаларга, битимларга ва унинг қабул қилинган мажбуриятларига риоя этилишини таъминлайди; |
| 17) sign and promulgate laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan; shall have the right to return a law, with his objections, to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the second discussion and vote; | 17) Ўзбекистон Республикасининг қонунларини имзолайди ва эълон қилади; қонунга ўз эътирозларини илова этиб, уни такроран муҳокама қилиш ва овозга қўйиш учун Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлисига қайтаришга ҳақли; |
| 18) announce condition of war in case of attack on the Republic of Uzbekistan or in case of necessity of the implementation of contractual obligations on mutual defense from aggression and within seventy two hours submit the adopted decision for approval by the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan; | 18) Ўзбекистон Республикасига ҳужум қилинганда ёки тажовуздан бир-бирини мудофаа қилиш юзасидан тузилган шартнома мажбуриятларини бажариш зарурияти туғилганда уруш ҳолати эълон қилади ва қабул қилган қарорини уч кун ичида Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси палаталарининг тасдиғига киритади; |
| The Cabinet of Ministers, within the framework of constitutional norms and in accordance with the current legislation, issues decisions and orders that are binding on all bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, officials and citizens throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. | Вазирлар Маҳкамаси конституциявий нормалар доирасида ва амалдаги қонунчиликка мувофиқ Ўзбекистон Республикасининг бутун ҳудудидаги барча органлар, корхоналар, муассасалар, ташкилотлар, мансабдор шахслар ва фуқаролар томонидан бажарилиши мажбурий бўлган қарорлар ва фармойишлар чиқаради. |
| 1) organize and direct the activity of the Cabinet of Ministers being responsible for efficiency of its work; | 1) Вазирлар Маҳкамаси фаолиятини ташкил этади ва унга раҳбарлик қилади, унинг самарали ишлаши учун шахсан жавобгар бўлади; |
| In case, when firm contradictions arise between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan against the proposal officially presented to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the deputies of the Legislative Chamber in quantity of not less than one-third of a total number, issues of vote of no confidence to the Prime Minister shall be introduced for discussion of the joint meeting of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. | Ўзбекистон Республикаси Бош вазири ва Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлисининг Қонунчилик палатаси ўртасида зиддиятлар доимий тус олган ҳолда Қонунчилик палатаси депутатлари умумий сонининг камида учдан бир қисми томонидан Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президенти номига расман киритилган таклиф бўйича Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси палаталарининг қўшма мажлиси муҳокамасига Бош вазирга нисбатан ишончсизлик вотуми билдириш ҳақидаги масала киритилади. |
| The procedure for the organization of the work and the competence of the Cabinet of Ministers shall be defined by law. | Вазирлар Маҳкамасининг фаолиятини ташкил этиш тартиби ва ваколат доираси қонун билан белгиланади. |

| The organization of the work and powers of khokims and local Kenghashes of people’s deputies, as well as the procedure for the elections to the local Kenghashes of people’s deputies shall be regulated by law. | Ҳокимларнинг ва халқ депутатлари маҳаллий Кенгашларининг фаолиятини ташкил қилиш, уларнинг ваколат доирасини ва халқ депутатлари маҳаллий Кенгашларини сайлаш тартиби қонун билан белгиланади. |
| The khokim within his vested powers shall adopt decisions, which are binding on all enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations, as well as officials and citizens on the relevant territory. | Ҳоким ўзига берилган ваколатлар доирасида тегишли ҳудуддаги барча корхоналар, муассасалар, ташкилотлар, бирлашмалар, шунингдек мансабдор шахслар ва фуқаролар томонидан бажарилиши мажбурий бўлган қарорлар қабул қилади. |
| The procedure for the elections, organization of the work and powers of self-governing bodies shall be regulated by law. | Ўзини ўзи бошқариш органларини сайлаш тартиби, фаолиятини ташкил этиш ҳамда ваколат доираси қонун билан белгиланади. |
| The organization and procedure for the operation of courts shall be specified by law. | Судларни ташкил этиш ва уларнинг фаолият кўрсатиш тартиби қонун билан белгиланади. |
| 1) define the compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the government, decisions of local bodies of state authority, interstate treaties and other obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan; | 1) Ўзбекистон Республикаси қонунларининг ва Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси палаталари қарорларининг, Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президенти фармонлари, қарорлари ва фармойишларининг, ҳукумат, маҳаллий давлат ҳокимияти органлари қарорларининг, Ўзбекистон Республикаси давлатлараро шартномавий ва бошқа мажбуриятларининг Ўзбекистон Республикасининг Конституциясига мувофиқлигини аниқлайди; |
| 5) consider the appeal of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, initiated by the courts, on compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, normative-legal acts subjects to application in concrete cases; | 5) Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий судининг муайян ишда қўлланилиши лозим бўлган норматив-ҳуқуқий ҳужжатларнинг Ўзбекистон Республикасининг Конституциясига мувофиқлиги тўғрисида судлар ташаббуси билан киритилган мурожаатини кўриб чиқади; |
| 6) based on summarizing practices of the constitutional legal procedures, represent annually the information on a status of constitutional lawfulness to the Chambers of of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; | 6) конституциявий судлов ишларини юритиш амалиётини умумлаштириш натижалари юзасидан ҳар йили Ўзбекистон Республикаси Олий Мажлиси палаталарига ва Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президентига мамлакатдаги конституциявий қонунийликнинг ҳолати тўғрисида ахборот тақдим этади; |
| Organization and procedure for the work of the Constitutional Court shall be specified by law. | Конституциявий судни ташкил этиш ва унинг фаолияти тартиби қонун билан белгиланади. |
