235. You commit no error by announcing your engagement to women, or by keeping it to yourselves. Allah knows that you will be thinking about them. But do not meet them secretly, unless you have something proper to say. And do not confirm the marriage tie until the writing is fulfilled. And know that Allah knows what is in your souls, so beware of Him. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing. 235У аёлларга ишора ила совчилик қилишингиз ёки уни ўз ичингизда тутишингизда гуноҳ йўқ. Аллоҳ сиз уларни, албатта,эслашингизни билади. Лекин улар билан хуфёнаваъдалашманг. Магар яхши гап гапирсангиз, майли. Идда ўз муддатига етмагунча, никоҳ боғлашни қасд қилманг. Ва билингки,албатта, Аллоҳ ичингиздагини билади. 236. You commit no error by divorcing women before having touched them, or before having set the dowry for them. And compensate them—the wealthy according to his means, and the poor according to his means—with a fair compensation, a duty upon the doers of good.

236Агар хотинларга қўл теккизмай туриб ёки уларнинг маҳрни аниқламай туриб талоқ қилсангиз, сизга гуноҳ бўлмайди. Уларни бой борича, йўқ ҳолича яхшилик ила фойда билан фойдалантиринг. Бу яхшилик қилувчилар бурчидир.

286. Allah does not burden any soul beyond its capacity. To its credit is what it earns, and against it is what it commits. “Our Lord, do not condemn us if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not burden us as You have burdened those before us. Our Lord, do not burden us with more than we have strength to bear; and pardon us, and forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Lord and Master, so help us against the disbelieving people.” 286Аллоҳ ҳеч бир жонни тоқатидан ташқари нарсага таклиф қилмас. Фойдаси ҳам касбидан, зарари ҳам касбидан. Эй Роббимиз, агар унутсак ёки хато қилсак, (иқобга) тутмагин. Эй Роббимиз, биздан олдингиларга юклаганга ўхшаш оғирликни бизга юкламагин. Эй Роббимиз, бизга тоқатимз етмайдиган нарсани юкламагин. Бизни афв эт, мағфират қил ва раҳм эт. Сен ҳожамизсан. Бас, кофирқавмларга бизни ғолиб қил.
76. Indeed, whoever fulfills his commitments and maintains piety—Allah loves the pious. 76Йўқ! Балки ким аҳдига вафо қилса ва тақводор бўлса. Бас, Аллоҳ тақводорларни хуш кўради.
112. They shall be humiliated wherever they are encountered, except through a rope from Allah, and a rope from the people; and they incurred wrath from Allah, and were stricken with misery. That is because they rejected Allah’s revelations, and killed the prophets unjustly. That is because they rebelled and committed aggression. 112Аллоҳ ипи бўлмаса ёки одамлар ипи бўлмаса, уларга қаерда бўлсалар ҳам, хорлик битилди. Уларга Аллоҳнинг ғазаби лозим бўлди ва мискинлик битилди. Бундай бўлишлиги уларнинг Аллоҳнинг оятларига куфр келтиришлари ва Набийларни ноҳақдан ўлдиришлари сабабидандир. Бундай бўлишлиги осий бўлганлари ва ҳаддан ошганлари сабабидандир.
135. And those who, when they commit an indecency or wrong themselves, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins—and who forgives sins except Allah? And they do not persist in their wrongdoing while they know. 135Ва улар фоҳиша иш ёки ўзларига зулм қилган чоғларида Аллоҳни эслаб, гуноҳларини мағфират қилишни сўрайдилар, гуноҳларини Аллоҳдан ўзга ким ҳам мағфират қиларди? Ва улар, билиб туриб, қилган гуноҳларида бардавом бўлмаслар.
192. “Our Lord, whomever You commit to the Fire, You have disgraced. The wrongdoers will have no helpers.” 192Роббимиз, албатта, сен кимни дўзахга киритсанг, батаҳқиқ, уни шарманда қилибсан. Ва золимларга ёрдам берувчилар йўқ.
15. Those of your women who commit lewdness, you must have four witnesses against them, from among you. If they testify, confine them to the homes until death claims them, or Allah makes a way for them. 15Аёлларингиздан фоҳиша (зино) қилганларига ўзларингиздан тўртта гувоҳ келтиринг. Агар гувоҳлик берсалар, уларни то ўлим етгунча ёки Аллоҳ бир йўл кўрсатгунча уйларида тутиб туринг.
16. If two men among you commit it, punish them both. But if they repent and reform, leave them alone. Allah is Redeemer, Full of Mercy. 16Сизлардан ўша(Фоҳиша) ишни қилган икки эркакка озор беринглар. Агар икковлари тавба қилсалар ва тузалсалар, уларни тек қўйинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ тавбаларниқабул қилувчи ва раҳмли зотдир.
17. Repentance is available from Allah for those who commit evil out of ignorance, and then repent soon after. These—Allah will relent towards them. Allah is Knowing and Wise. 17Жаҳолат­ла ёмонлик қилиб қўйиб, сўнгра тезда тавба қиладиганларнинг тавбаси Аллоҳнинг зиммасидадир. Аллоҳ ана ўшаларнинг тавбасини қабул қилади. Ва Аллоҳ билувчи ва ҳикматли зотдир.
18. But repentance is not available for those who commit evils, until when death approaches one of them, he says, “Now I repent,” nor for those who die as disbelievers. These—We have prepared for them a painful torment. 18Ёмонликларни қилиб юриб, бирларига ўлим етганда, энди тавба қилдим, деганларга ва кофир ҳолларида ўлганларга тавба йўқ. Ана ўшаларга аламли азобларни тайёрлаб қўйганмиз.

19. O you who believe! It is not permitted for you to inherit women against their will. And do not coerce them in order to take away some of what you had given them, unless they commit a proven adultery. And live with them in kindness. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike something in which Allah has placed much good.

19Эй иймон келтирганлар! Сизларга аёлларни зулм­ла меросга олиш ҳалол эмас. Очиқ фоҳиша иш қилмасалар, берган нарсаларнингизнинг баъзисини олиш учун уларни зўрлик­ла ушлаб турманг ва улар ила яхшиликда яшанг. Агар уларни ёқтирмасангиз, шоядки, Аллоҳ сиз ёқтирмаган нарсада кўпгина яхшиликларни қилса.
21. And how can you take it back, when you have been intimate with one another, and they have received from you a solid commitment? 21Ва қандай ҳам олурсиз?! Ахир, бир­бирингизга қовишдингиз ва улар сиздан мустаҳкам аҳду паймон олганлар­ку?!

24. And all married women, except those you rightfully possess. This is Allah’s decree, binding upon you. Permitted for you are those that lie outside these limits, provided you seek them in legal marriage, with gifts from your property, seeking wedlock, not prostitution. If you wish to enjoy them, then give them their dowry—a legal obligation. You commit no error by agreeing to any change to the dowry. Allah is All-Knowing, Most Wise.

24Қўлингизга мулк бўлиб тушганлардан бошқа эрли аёллар ҳам (ҳаром қилинди). Бу сизларга Аллоҳнинг ёзганидир. Ана ўшалардан бошқаларни поклик ва зино аралаштирмаган ҳолда молларингиз ила талаб қилмоғингиз ҳалол қилинди. Улардан ҳузурланишингиз сабабидан маҳрларини беринг. Бу фарздир. Фарз маҳрдан кейин ўзаро розилик ила келишганингиз гуноҳ эмас. Албатта, Аллоҳ билувчи ва ҳикматли зотдир.
25. If any of you lack the means to marry free believing women, he may marry one of the believing maids under your control. Allah is well aware of your faith. You are from one another. Marry them with the permission of their guardians, and give them their recompense fairly—to be protected—neither committing adultery, nor taking secret lovers. When they are married, if they commit adultery, their punishment shall be half that of free women. That is for those among you who fear falling into decadence. But to practice self-restraint is better for you. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 25Сизлардан ким ҳур мўминаларни никоҳига олишга имкон топмаса, қўлингизда мулк бўлган мўмина канизаклардан (уйлансин). Аллоҳ иймонингизни билувчи зотдир. Ҳаммаларингиз бирсиз. Уларни никоҳингизга аҳлларининг изни ила олинг. Ва яхшилик билан маҳрларини беринг. Улар покиза, зинокор эмас ва ўйнаш тутмаган бўлсинлар. Эрга текканларидан сўнг фоҳиша иш қилсалар, уларга ҳур аёлларга бериладиган азобнинг ярми бериладир. Бу бузилишдан қўрққанлар учундир. Сабр қилмоғингиз сиз учун яхшидир. Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмлидир.
40. Allah does not commit an atom's weight of injustice; and if there is a good deed, He doubles it, and gives from His Presence a sublime compensation. 40Албатта, Аллоҳ заррача ҳам зулм қилмас. Агар яхшилик бўлса, бир неча бор кўпайтирур ва Ўз ҳузуридан улуғ ажр берур.
102. When you are among them, and you stand to lead them in prayer, let a group of them stand with you, and let them hold their weapons. Then, when they have done their prostrations, let them withdraw to the rear, and let another group, that have not prayed yet, come forward and pray with you; and let them take their precautions and their weapons. Those who disbelieve would like you to neglect your weapons and your equipment, so they can attack you in a single assault. You commit no error, if you are hampered by rain or are sick, by putting down your weapons; but take precautions. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a demeaning punishment. 102Улар ичида бўлсанг­у, намоз адо қилмоқчи бўлсанг, улардан бир тоифаси сен билан турсин ва силоҳларини ўзлари билан олсинлар. Сажда қилганларидан кейин орқангизга ўтсинлар. Намоз ўқимаган бошқа тоифа келиб сен билан намоз ўқисин. Эҳтиёт бўлиб, силоҳларини ўзлари билан олсинлар. Куфр келтирганлар силоҳларингиз ва матоҳларингиздан ғофил бўлсангиз, устингиздан бирдан ҳамла қилишниистарлар. Ёмғирдан озоретса ёки бемор бўлсангиз, силоҳларингизни қўймоғингизда гуноҳ йўқдир. Xушёр бўлинглар! Албатта, Аллоҳ кофирларга хорловчи азоб тайёрлагандир.
110. Whoever commits evil, or wrongs his soul, then implores Allah for forgiveness, will find Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 110Ким ёмонлик қилса ёки ўзига зулм этса, сўнгра Аллоҳга истиғфор айтса, Аллоҳни мағфиратли ва раҳмли зот топади.
112. And whoever commits a mistake, or a sin, and then blames it on an innocent person, has taken a slander and a clear sin. 112Ким хато ёки гуноҳ қилса­ю, сўнгра уни беайбга ағдарса, шубҳасиз, бўҳтон ва очиқ гуноҳни ўз бўйнига олибди.
115. Whoever makes a breach with the Messenger, after the guidance has become clear to him, and follows other than the path of the believers, We will direct him in the direction he has chosen, and commit him to Hell—what a terrible destination! 115Ким ўзига ҳидоят равшан бўлгандан кейин Пайғамбарга хилоф қилса ва мўминларнинг йўлидан бошқа йўлга юрса, кетган томонга қўйиб қўямиз ва жаҳаннамга киритамиз. У қандоқ ҳам ёмон жой!
