| 1. Originating products, sent for exhibition outside the Contracting Parties and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Contracting Party shall benefit on importation from the provisions of this Agreement provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the customs authorities that: | 1. | 3. | Products originating in a Contracting Party shall, on importation into the other Contracting Party benefit from this Agreement upon submission of a Movement Certificate EUR.1, a specimen of which is annexed herewith. | Аҳдлашувчи Томонлардан бирида ишлаб чиқарилган маҳсулотлар бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Томонга олиб киришда ушбу Қоидаларнинг иловасига мувофиқ EUR.1 Ҳаракатланиш сертификати тақдим этган тақдирда, мазкур Битимдан фойдаланиш ҳуқуқига эга бўлади. |
| 2. For this purpose, the exporter or his authorized representative shall fill out both the Movement Certificate EUR.1 and the application forms, specimens of which are annexed herewith. The said forms shall be completed in English language and in accordance with the provisions of the domestic law of the exporting country. If they are handwritten, they shall be completed in ink in printed characters. The description of the products must be given in the Box.8 of the annexed forms, which is reserved for this purpose without leaving any blank lines. Where the said box is not completely filled, a horizontal line must be drawn below the last line of the description, the empty space being crossed through. | 2.
