Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration. If, six months after the date of the request for arbitration, those States Parties are unable to agree on the organization of the arbitration, any one of those States Parties may refer the dispute to the International Court of Justice by request in accordance with the Statute of the Court. 2. After the expiry of five years from the entry into force of this Convention, a State Party may propose an amendment and transmit it to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall thereupon communicate the proposed amendment to the States Parties and to the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention for the purpose of considering and deciding on the proposal. The Conference of the States Parties shall make every effort to achieve consensus on each amendment. If all efforts at consensus have been exhausted and no agreement has been reached, the amendment shall, as a last resort, require for its adoption a two-thirds majority vote of the States Parties present and voting at the meeting of the Conference of the States Parties. 1. In fact, the blood of so many was upon his hands that the killings attributed to him did not permit of precise enumeration. Smoking a pipe by the trail-side or lounging around the stove, men made rough estimates of the numbers that had perished at his hand. 23. But then, when He has saved them, they commit violations on earth, and oppose justice. O people! Your violations are against your own souls. It is the enjoyment of the present life. 39. In fact, they deny what is beyond the limits of their knowledge, and whose explanation has not yet reached them. Thus those before them refused to believe. 90. And We delivered the Children of Israel across the sea. Pharaoh and his troops pursued them, defiantly and aggressively. Until, when he was about to drown, he said, “I believe that there is no god except the One the Children of Israel believe in, and I am of those who submit.” 90Ва Бани Исроилни денгиздан ўтказдик. 35. Or do they say, “He made it up?” Say, “If I made it up, upon me falls my crime, and I am innocent of the crimes you commit.” 35Ёки: «Уни тўқиб олди», дейдиларми? Сен:«Агар уни тўқиб олган бўлсам, жиноятим ўз зиммамда ва мен сиз қилаётган жиноятдан холидирман», деб айт.
78. And his people came rushing towards him—they were in the habit of committing sins. He said, “O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So fear God, and do not embarrass me before my guests. Is there not one reasonable man among you?” 78Қавми унга шошилиб, ҳаллослаб етиб келди. Улар бундан олдин гуноҳлар қилар эдилар. 23. But those who believed and did good deeds will be admitted into gardens beneath which rivers flow, to remain therein forever, by leave of their Lord. 32. God is He Who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down water from the sky, and with it produces fruits for your sustenance. And He committed the ships to your service, sailing through the sea by His command, and He committed the rivers to your service. 32Аллоҳ осмонлару ерни яратган, осмондан сув тушириб, у ила меваларни сизга ризқ қилиб чиқарган, Ўз амри ила денгизда сузмоғи учун кемаларни сизга бўйсундирган ва анҳорларни сизга бўйсундирган зотдир.
33. And He committed the sun and the moon to your service, both continuously pursuing their courses, and He committed the night and the day to your service. 33У сизга доимий ҳаракатдаги қуёш ва ойни ҳам, шунингдек, кеча ила кундузни ҳам хизматчи қилиб қўйди.
To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;

Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.

The powers of the General Assembly set forth in this Article shall not limit the general scope of Article 10.

A Member of the United Nations which is in arrears in the payment of its financial contributions to the Organization shall have no vote in the General Assembly if the amount of its arrears equals or exceeds the amount of the contributions due from it for the preceding two full years. The General Assembly may, nevertheless, permit such a Member to vote if it is satisfied that the failure to pay is due to conditions beyond the control of the Member.

 Ташкилотга аъзолик бадали тўлаш бўйича қарздор бўлган Ташкилот Аъзоси, агар қарзнинг миқдори унинг охирги тўлиқ икки йил учун тўлаши лозим бўлган пул миқдорига баробар ёки ундан ортиқ бўлса, Бош Ассамблеяда овоз бериш ҳуқуқидан маҳрум этилади. The Security Council shall submit annual and, when necessary, special reports to the General Assembly for its consideration.

In order to promote the establishment and maintenance of international peace and security with the least diversion for armaments of the world's human and economic resources, the Security Council shall be responsible for formulating, with the assistance of the Military Staff Committee referred to in Article 47, plans to be submitted to the Members of the United Nations for the establishment of a system for the regulation of armaments.
