Desiring to further develop their economic relationship and to enhance their co-operation in tax matters, ўзаро иқтисодий алоқаларни янада ривожлантириш ва солиқ масалаларида ҳамкорликни кенгайтириш истагида,
«2. Notwithstanding the provision of paragraph 1, pensions paid and other payments made under public schemes, which are parts of the social security system of a Contracting State or a local authority thereof, shall be taxable only in that Contracting State.». «2. 1-банд қоидаларидан қатъи назар, тўланадиган пенсиялар ва Ахдлашувчи Давлатнинг ёки унинг ҳокимиятининг ижтимоий ҳимоя тизими қисми бўлган давлат схемалари орқали тўланадиган бошқа тўловлар, фақат ана шу Аҳдлашувчи Давлатда солиққа тортилади.».
The first sentence of paragraph 1 of Article 25 (Mutual Agreement Procedure) of the Convention shall be deleted and replaced by the following: Конвенциянинг 25-моддаси (Ўзаро келишув тартиблари) 1-банди биринчи жумласи чиқариб ташлансин ва қуйидагиларга алмаштирилсин:
«Where a person considers that the actions of one or both of the Contracting States result or will result for that person in taxation not in accordance with the provisions of this Convention, that person may, irrespective of the remedies provided by the domestic law of those States, present the case to the competent authority of either Contracting State.». «Агар бир шахс Ахдлашувчи Давлатлардан бири ёки ҳар иккаласининг ҳаракати унга ушбу Конвенция қоидаларига мувофиқ келмайдиган солиқ солинишига олиб келади ёки олиб келиши мумкин деб ҳисобласа, у ушбу Давлатларнинг ички қонунчилигида назарда тутилган ҳимоя воситаларидан қатъи назар, ўз аризасини ҳар қайси Аҳдлашувчи Давлат ваколатли органига тақдим этиши мумкин.».
1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article. 1. Аҳдлашувчи Давлатлар солиқ даъволарини ундиришда бир-бйрларига ёрдам кўрсатадилар. Ушбу ёрдам 1 ва 2-модда қоидалари билан чекланмайди. Ахдлашувчи Давлатларнинг ваколатли органлари мазкур моддани қўллаш усулини ўзаро келишув йўли билан белгилайдилар.
5. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4, a revenue claim accepted by a Contracting State for purposes of paragraph 3 or 4 shall not, in that State, be subject to the time limits or accorded any priority applicable to a revenue claim under the laws of that State by reason of its nature as such. In addition, a revenue claim accepted by a Contracting State for the purposes of paragraph 3 or 4 shall not, in that State, have any priority applicable to that revenue claim under the laws of the other Contracting State. 5. 3 ва 4-бандларнинг қоидаларидан қатъи назар, Ахдлашувчи Давлат қонунчилигига мувофиқ, солиқ даъволарига нисбатан шундай даъвонинг хусусиятига кўра мазкур Давлатда қўлланиши мумкин бўлган вақт чекловлари ёки тақцим этилган устуворлик ушбу Давлат томонидан 3 ва 4-бандларда назарда тутилган мақсадлар учун қабул қилинаётган солиқ даъвосига нисбатан қўлланилмайди. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».
2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the later of the notifications referred to in paragraph 1, and its provisions shall have effect: 2. Both men and women shall be eligible for appointment to the inspection staff; where necessary, special duties may be assigned to men and women inspectors. Each Member shall take the necessary measures to ensure that duly qualified technical experts and specialists, including specialists in medicine, engineering, electricity and chemistry, are associated in the work of inspection, in such manner as may be deemed most appropriate under national conditions, for the purpose of securing the enforcement of the legal provisions relating to the protection of the health and safety of workers while engaged in their work and of investigating the effects of processes, materials and methods of work on the health and safety of workers. (a) the importance of the duties which inspectors have to perform, in particular: а) инспекторлар бажариши зарур бўлган вазифалар муҳимлигини, хусусан:

1. The competent authority shall make the necessary arrangements to furnish labour inspectors with: 1. Ваколатли ҳокимият органи меҳнат инспекторлари тасарруфида куйидагилар бўлиши учун зарур чораларни кўради:
(b) the transport facilities necessary for the performance of their duties in cases where suitable public facilities do not exist. b) керакли жамоат транспорт воситалари йўқ бўлган ҳолларда уларнинг ўз функцияларини амалга ошириши учун зарур бўлган транспорт воситалари.
2. The competent authority shall make the necessary arrangements to reimburse to labour inspectors any travelling and incidental expenses which may be necessary for the performance of their duties. 2. 1. Where the subject matter of this Convention is within the self-governing powers of any non-metropolitan territory, the Member responsible for the international relations of that territory may, in agreement with the Government of the territory, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration accepting on behalf of the territory the obligations of this Convention. 1.
