44. Had We made it a Quran in a foreign language, they would have said, “If only its verses were made clear.” Non-Arabic and an Arab? Say, “For those who believe, it is guidance and healing. But as for those who do not believe: there is heaviness in their ears, and it is blindness for them. These are being called from a distant place.” 45Батаҳқиқ, Биз Мусога китобни бердик. Бас, у ҳақида ихтилоф қилинди. Агар Роббинг томонидан олдин сўз ўтмаганида, ораларида, албатта, ҳукм чиқариларди. Албатта, улар у ҳақда гумонли шакдадирлар.
45. We gave Moses the Book, but disputes arose concerning it. Were it not for a prior decree from your Lord, judgment would have been pronounced between them. But they are in perplexing doubt concerning it. 46Ким солиҳ амал қилса, ўзига фойда. Ким ёмонлик қилса, ўзига зарар. Роббинг бандаларга зулм қилгувчи эмас.
49. The human being never tires of praying for good things; but when adversity afflicts him, he despairs and loses hope. 49Инсон яхшилик тилашни ҳеч малол олмас. Агар уни ёмонлик тутса, у умидсиз тушкундир.
50. And when We let him taste a mercy from Us, after the adversity that had afflicted him, he will say, “This is mine, and I do not think that the Hour is coming; and even if I am returned to my Lord, I will have the very best with Him.” We will inform those who disbelieve of what they did, and We will make them taste an awful punishment. 50Агар Биз унга уни тутган зарардан сўнг Ўзимиздан раҳмат тоттирсак, албатта, у: «Бу меникидир. Мен (Қиёмат) соати қоим бўладир, деб ўйламасман. Агар Роббимга қайтарилсам, албатта, мен учун Унинг ҳузурида гўзал (мукофот) бордир», дер. 51. When We provide comfort for the human being, he withdraws and distances himself; but when adversity befalls him, he starts lengthy prayers. 51Қачон инсонга неъмат берсак, у юз ўгирар ва ёнбоши ила узоқлашар. Қачон уни ёмонлик тутса, бас, у узундан­узоқ дуо эгасидир.
52. Say, “Have you considered? If it is from God and you reject it—who is further astray than he who is cutoff and alienated?” 52Сен: «Менга айтинглар­чи, агар у Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридан бўлса­ю, сиз унга куфр келтириб юрган бўлсангиз. Хўш, (ҳақдан) узоқ тортишувда бўлганлардан ҳам адашганроқ ким бор?!» деб айт.
53. We will show them Our proofs on the horizons, and in their very souls, until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth. Is it not sufficient that your Lord is witness over everything? 53Биз уларга ҳам уфқлардаги, ҳам ўз нафсларидаги оят­белгиларимизни кўрсатамиз. Токи уларга Унинг ҳақлиги равшан бўлсин. Сенинг Роббинг ҳар бир нарсага шоҳид эканлиги кифоя қилмасмиди?!
5. The heavens above them almost burst apart, while the angels glorify the praises of their Lord, and ask forgiveness for those on earth. God is indeed the Forgiver, the Merciful. 5Осмонлар уст томонларидан ёрилиб кетай дейдир. Фаришталар эса, Роббилари ҳамди ила тасбиҳ айтурлар ва ер юзидаги кимсаларга истиғфор сўрарлар. Огоҳ бўлингким, албатта, Аллоҳ ўта мағфиратли ва ўта раҳмли зотдир.
6. As for those who take masters other than Him: God is in charge of them, and you are not responsible for them. 6Ундан ўзга «дўстлар» тутганларга Аллоҳ кузатгувчидир. Сен уларга вакил эмассан
11. Originator of the heavens and the earth. He made for you mates from among yourselves, and pairs of animals, by means of which He multiplies you. There is nothing like Him. He is the Hearing, the Seeing. 11У осмонлару ерни йўқдан бор қилгувчи зотдир. У сизларга ўз жинсингиздан жуфтлар яратди. Чорва ҳайвонларини ҳам жуфт қилиб яратди. У зот сизни ўша (жуфтлик) асосида кўпайтирур. У зотга ўхшаш ҳеч нарса йўқдир. У зот ўта эшитгувчи, ўта кўргувчи зотдир.
12. To Him belongs absolute control of the heavens and the earth. He spreads the bounties to whomever He wills, or reduces it. He is aware of all things. 12Осмонлару ер (хазиналари) калитлари Уникидир. У хоҳлаган одамига ризқни кенг ёки тор қилур. Зотан у барча нарсани ўта билгувчи зотдир.
13. He prescribed for you the same religion He enjoined upon Noah, and what We inspired to you, and what We enjoined upon Abraham, and Moses, and Jesus: “You shall uphold the religion, and be not divided therein.” As for the idolaters, what you call them to is outrageous to them. God chooses to Himself whom He wills, and He guides to Himself whoever repents. 13У зот сизларга дин этиб Ўзи Нуҳга васият қилган ва сенга ваҳий қилган нарсамизни ҳамда Иброҳим, Мусо ва Ийсоларга васият қилган нарсамизни шариат қилди. «Динни барпо қилингиз ва унда тафриқага тушмангиз», деди. Мушрикларга сен уларни даъват қилган нарса оғир келди. Аллоҳ Ўзи хоҳлаган кишисини (Пайғамбарликка) танлаб олур ва У Ўзигагина илтижо этгувчи кишини ҳидоят қилур.
14. They became divided only after knowledge came to them, out of resentment among themselves. Were it not for a predetermined decision from your Lord, judgment would have been pronounced between them. Indeed, those who were made to inherit the Book after them are in grave doubt about it. 14Улар фақат ўзларига илм келгандан кейингина, ўзаро ҳасад­адоват қилишиб тафриқага тушдилар. Агар Роббингдан (азоблашни) маълум муддатгача (қолдириш) ҳақида сўз ўтган бўлмаганида, улар орасида албатта ҳукм чиқарилган бўлур эди. Албатта, улардан кейин китобга ворис қилинганлар у ҳақида шак­ шубҳададирлар.
16. As for those who dispute about God after having answered His call, their argument is invalid with their Lord; and upon them falls wrath; and a grievous torment awaits them. 16Аллоҳ ҳақида Унга ижобат қилинганидан кейин ҳам талашиб­ тортишадиганларнинг ҳужжатлари Роббилари ҳузурида ботилдир, уларга ғазаб бордир ва уларга шиддатли азоб бордир.
18. Those who do not believe in it seek to hasten it; but those who believe are apprehensive of it, and they know it to be the truth. Absolutely, those who question the Hour are in distant error. 18У(қиёмат)га иймон келтирмайдиганлар унинг тезлашини истарлар, иймон келтирганлар эса, ундан қўрқувчидирлар, зотан унинг шубҳасиз ҳақ эканини билурлар. Огоҳ бўлинг! Албатта, (қиёмат) соати ҳақида шубҳа қилгувчилар йироқ залолатдадирлар.
26. And He answers those who believe and do good deeds, and He increases them of His grace. But the disbelievers will suffer a terrible punishment. 26У зот иймон келтириб, солиҳ амаллар қилганларнинг (дуосини) ижобат қилур ва уларга Ўз фазлидан зиёда қилур. Кофирларга эса, уларга, шиддатли азоб бордир.
28. It is He who brings down the rain after they have despaired, and unfolds His mercy. He is the Guardian, the Praised. 28У зот (одамлар) ноумид бўлганларидан кейин ёмғирни нозил қилур ва Ўз раҳматини таратур. У валий ва мақталган зотдир.
29. And of His signs are the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the creatures He has spread throughout them; and He is Able to gather them at will. 29У зотнинг оят­белгиларидан осмонлару ернинг яратилиши ва уларда турли жониворларнинг таратиб қўйилишидир. Ва У зот агар хоҳласа, уларни жамлашга қодирдир.
35. Those who dispute Our signs know that there is no asylum for them. 35Токи Бизнинг оятларимиз ҳақида тортишадиганлар билсинларки, улар учун ҳеч бир қочар жой йўқдир.
36. Whatever thing you are given is only the provision of this life. But what God possesses is better and more lasting for those who believe and rely on their Lord. 36Сизга берилган нарсалар ҳаёти дунёнинг матоҳи, холос. Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридаги яхши ва боқий нарсалар эса, иймон келтирган ва Роббиларига таваккал қилганлар учундир.
