Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check that has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to his hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now.

Such safe conduct shall cease when the witness, expert or other person having had, for a period of fifteen consecutive days or for any period agreed upon by the States Parties from the date on which he or she has been officially informed that his or her presence is no longer required by the judicial authorities, an opportunity of leaving, has nevertheless remained voluntarily in the territory of the requesting State Party or, having left it, has returned of his or her own free will.

83. But none believed in Moses except some children of his people, for fear that Pharaoh and his chiefs would persecute them. Pharaoh was high and mighty in the land. 22. And those who patiently seek the presence of their Lord, and pray regularly, and spend from Our provisions to them, secretly and openly, and repel evil with good. These will have the Ultimate Home. 22Улар Роббилари юзини кўзлаб, сабр қиларлар. Намозни тўкис адо этарлар, Биз уларга ризқ қилиб берган нарсадан махфий ва ошкора инфоқ қиларлар ва ёмонликни яхшилик ила қайтарарлар. Ана ўшаларга оқибат диёри бордир.
12. “And why should we not trust in God, when He has guided us in our ways? We will persevere in the face of your persecution. And upon God the reliant should rely.” 12Нима учун биз Аллоҳга таваккал қилмас эканмиз?! Ҳолбуки, У бизни йўлимизга ҳидоят қилди. Бизга берган озорларингизга, албатта, сабр қиламиз. 31. Tell My servants who have believed to perform the prayers, and to give from what We have given them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there is neither trading nor friendship. 31Сен иймон келтирган бандаларимга айтгин, намозни тўла­тўкис адо этсинлар. Савдо­сотиқ, оғайнигарчилик йўқ бўлган Кун келмасидан олдин уларга ризқ қилиб берган нарсаларимиздан махфий ва ошкор инфоқ қилсинлар.
46. “Enter it in peace and security.” 46«У(жаннатлар)га тинчлик, омонлик ила киринглар» (дейилур).

and for these ends to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbours, and to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest, and to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples, have resolved to combine our efforts to accomplish these aims.

To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;

All Members shall settle their international disputes by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security, and justice, are not endangered.

 3. Бирлашган Миллатлар Ташкилотининг барча Аъзолари хакқаро тинчлик, хавфсизлик ва адолатни таҳдид остига қўймаслик учун ўзалрининг халқаро низоларини тинчлик воситалари билан ҳал қиладилар;
The Organization shall ensure that states which are not Members of the United Nations act in accordance with these Principles so far as may be necessary for the maintenance of international peace and security.

 6. Ташкилот ўзига Аъзо бўлмаган давлатларнинг шу принциплар асосида ҳаракат қилишларинин таъминлайди, зеро бу халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликни таъминлаш учун зарур бўлиши мумкин;
The admission of any such state to membership in the United Nations will be effected by a decision of the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.

 2. Ҳар қандай давлатни Ташкилот Аъзолигига қабул қилиш Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг тавсиясига мувофиқ Бош Ассамблея қарори билан амалга оширилади.
A Member of the United Nations against which preventive or enforcement action has been taken by the Security Council may be suspended from the exercise of the rights and privileges of membership by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council. The exercise of these rights and privileges may be restored by the Security Council.

 Агар Хавфсизлик Кенгаши Ташкилотнинг бирон-бир Аъзосига қарши огоҳлантирувчи ёки мажбурловчи характердаги чораларни кўрган бўлса, Бош Ассамблея Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг тавсиясига мувофиқ, унинг Ташкилот Аъзоси сифатидаги тегишли ҳуқуқ ва имтиёзларидан фойдаланишини Хавфсизлик Кенгаши қайта тиклаши мумкин.
A Member of the United Nations which has persistently violated the Principles contained in the present Charter may be expelled from the Organization by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.
