The article presents materials on the effective use of abrasive blasting of the side surfaces of the teeth of saw blades in order to activate them during linting. Strengthening the scraping action and the cut of short fibers from the seeds is carried out by the microroughness of the formed microprofile after the impact interaction of the abrasive particle with the metal surface.

This article addresses issues related to the development of the anticorrosion materials composition from organomineral heterocomposites for use in structures for the storage and transportation of various aggressive liquids. Based on the study of the composition of associated water, taking into account the influence of mechanical impurities, the phenomena occurring on the surface of the metal were studied and the optimal composition was selected, the use of which will increase the service life.

This article is devoted to the development of a methodology for calculating the energy balance for a crucible induction furnace in order to determine external and internal factors to study and obtain a rational thickness of the refractory lining of the furnace. As a result, this increases the number of melts, which will lead to more stable operation of the furnace itself and an increase in metal productivity.
