47. And do not be like those who left their homes boastfully, showing off before the people, and barring others from the path of Allah. 67. It is not for a prophet to take prisoners before he has subdued the land. You desire the materials of this world, but Allah desires the Hereafter. 1. In respect of the territories referred to in Article 35 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation as amended by the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation Instrument of Amendment 1946, other than the territories referred to in paragraphs 4 an, 5 of the said Article as so amended, each Member of the Organisation which ratifies this Convention shall communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office as soon as possible after ratification a declaration stating: 1. Reconsideration of the application for registration and issuance of a license to bank shall be made within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application with all necessary documents. An application filed after the expiry of the period specified in the decision on refusal to register and issue a license to bank shall be considered newly-submitted.
