161. And for their taking usury, although they were forbidden it; and for their consuming people's wealth dishonestly. 2. O you who believe! Do not violate Allah’s sacraments, nor the Sacred Month, nor the offerings, nor the garlanded, nor those heading for the Sacred House seeking blessings from their Lord and approval. When you have left the pilgrim sanctity, you may hunt. And let not the hatred of people who barred you from the Sacred Mosque incite you to aggression. And cooperate with one another in virtuous conduct and conscience, and do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility. And fear Allah. Allah is severe in punishment. 2Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳнинг дини аломатларини, ҳаром ойни, аталган қурбонликни, осилган белгиларни ва Роббиларидан фазл ва розилик тилаб Байтул Ҳаромни қасд қилиб чиққанларни ўзингизга ҳалол ҳисобламанг. Эҳромдан чиқиб ҳалол бўлсангиз, ов қилсангиз, майли. Масжидул Ҳаромдан тўсгани учун бир қавмни ёмон кўришингиз уларга тажовузкор бўлишингизга олиб бормасин. Яхшилик ва тақво йўлида ҳамкорлик қилинг. Гуноҳ ва душманлик йўлида ҳамкорлик қилманг. Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ иқоби шиддатли зотдир.

6. O you who believe! When you rise to pray, wash your faces and your hands and arms to the elbows, and wipe your heads, and your feet to the ankles. If you had intercourse, then purify yourselves. If you are ill, or travelling, or one of you returns from the toilet, or you had contact with women, and could not find water, then use some clean sand and wipe your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to burden you, but He intends to purify you, and to complete His blessing upon you, that you may be thankful.

6Эй иймон келтирганлар! Намозга турмоқчи бўлсаларингиз, юзларингизни ва қўлларингизни чиғаноқлари ила ювинглар. Бошларингизга масҳ тортинглар. Ва оёқларингизни тўпиқлари ила ювинглар. Агар жунуб бўлсаларингиз, покланинглар. Агар бемор ёки сафарда бўлсаларингиз ёхуд бирорталарингиз таҳоратхонадан келса ёки аёлларга яқинлик қилса­ю, сув топа олмасаларингиз, бас, покиза тупроқ ила таяммум қилинглар. Ундан юзингизга ва қўлларингизга масҳ тортинглар. Аллоҳ сизларга қийинчилик туғдиришни истамас Аммо сизларни поклашни ва сизларга ўз неъматини батамом қилиб беришни истайдир. 7. And Remember Allah’s blessings upon you, and His covenant which He covenanted with you; when you said, “We hear and we obey.” And remain conscious of Allah, for Allah knows what the hearts contain.

7Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматини ва сиздан олган аҳдини эсланг. Ўзингиз: «Эшитдик ва итоат қилдик», дегансиз­а?! Ва Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ кўкраклардаги нарсани ҳам билгувчи зотдир.

11. O you who believe! Remember Allah's blessings upon you; when certain people intended to extend their hands against you, and He restrained their hands from you. So reverence Allah, and in Allah let the believers put their trust.

11Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматини эсланг. Бир қавм сизга қўл узатмоқчи бўлганида, У уларнинг қўлларини сиздан қайтарган эди. Ва Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Мўминлар Аллоҳга таваккал қилсинлар.

20. When Moses said to his people, “O my people, remember Allah’s blessings upon you, when He placed prophets among you, and made you kings, and gave you what He never gave any other people.” 20Мусо ўз қавмига: «Эй қавмим, Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматларини эсланг. Ахир, У сиздан Пайғамбарлар юборди, подшоҳлар чиқарди ва оламларда бирортага бермаган нарсаларни берди­ку.

23. Two men of those who feared, but whom Allah had blessed, said, “Go at them by the gate; and when you have entered it, you will prevail. And put your trust in Allah, if you are believers.”

23Улардан (Аллоҳдан) қўрқадиганлардан бўлган ва Аллоҳ уларга неъмат ато этган икки киши: «Уларнинг устига эшикдан кириб боринглар. Агар унга кирсангиз, албатта, ғолиб бўласизлар. Агар мўмин бўлсангиз, Аллоҳга таваккал қилингиз», дедилар.

26. He said, “It is forbidden for them for forty years. They will wander aimlessly in the land. So do not grieve over the defiant people.”

26У зот: «Албатта, бу ер уларга қирқ йилгача ҳаромдир. Улар ер юзида ҳайрон бўлиб юрарлар. Фосиқ қавмлар учун хафа бўлма», деди.

32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel: that whoever kills a person—unless it is for murder or corruption on earth—it is as if he killed the whole of mankind; and whoever saves it, it is as if he saved the whole of mankind. Our messengers came to them with clarifications, but even after that, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land.

32Шунинг учун ҳам Бани Исроилга: «Ким бир жонни ноҳақдан ёки ер юзида фасод қилмаса ҳам ўлдирса, худди ҳамма одамларни ўлдирган бўлади. Ким уни тирилтирса, худди ҳамма одамларни тирилтиргандек бўлади», деб ёздик. Батаҳқиқ, уларга Пайғамбарларимиз баёнотлар олиб келдилар. Сўнгра, бундан кейин ҳам, улардан кўплари ер юзида исроф қилгувчилардан бўлдилар.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».
2. On the occasion of an inspection visit, inspectors shall notify the employer or his representative of their presence, unless they consider that such a notification may be prejudicial to the performance of their duties. 2. 2. These reports shall be drawn up in such manner and deal with such subjects as may from time to time be prescribed by the central authority; they shall be submitted at least as frequently as may be prescribed by that authority and in any case not less frequently than once a year. 2. 1. Should the Conference adopt a new Convention revising this Convention in whole or in part, then, unless the new Convention otherwise provides, 1. 80. And his people argued with him. He said, “Do you argue with me about Allah, when He has guided me? I do not fear what you associate with Him, unless my Lord wills it. 92. This too is a Scripture that We revealed—blessed—verifying what preceded it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities and all around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and are dedicated to their prayers. 92Бу, Биз туширган китоб муборакдир, ўзидан олдингини тасдиқловчидир. 111. Even if We sent down the angels to them, and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered all things before them, they still would not believe, unless Allah wills; but most of them are ignorant. 111Агар Биз уларга фаришталарни туширсак ҳам, уларга ўликлар гапирса ҳам ва уларнинг олдига ҳамма нарсани очиқ­ойдин тўпласак ҳам, Аллоҳ хоҳламаса, иймон келтирмаслар. 119. And why should you not eat of that over which the Name of Allah is pronounced, when He has detailed for you what is prohibited for you, unless you are compelled by necessity? Many lead astray with their opinions, through lack of knowledge. Your Lord knows best the transgressors. 119Сизга нима бўлдики, Аллоҳнинг номи айтиб сўйилган нарсани емас экансизлар?! У сизларга ҳаром қилган нарсаларини батафсил баён қилиб берган­ ку?! Магар музтар бўлганингизда, майли. Албатта, кўпчилик билмасдан, ҳойу ҳаваслари ила адаштирадилар. Албатта, Роббинг тажовузкорларни яхши билгувчидир.
124. When a sign comes to them, they say, “We will not believe unless we are given the like of what was given to Allah’s messengers.” Allah knows best where to place His message. Humiliation from Allah and severe torment will afflict the criminals for their scheming. 124Агар уларга оят келса, Аллоҳнинг Пайғамбарларига берилган нарсага ўхшаш нарса бизга ҳам берилмагунча зинҳор иймон келтирмасмиз, дерлар. Ўз Пайғамбарлигини қаерга қўйишни Аллоҳнинг Ўзи яхши биладир. Жиноят қилганларга қилган макрлари учун Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида, албатта, хорлик ва шиддатли азоб бордир.
155. This too is a blessed Scripture that We revealed; so follow it, and be righteous, that you may receive mercy. 155Биз туширган бу китоб, муборакдир. Бас, унга эргашинглар. Ва тақво қилинглар. Шоядки, раҳм қилинсангизлар.
158. Are they waiting for anything but for the angels to come to them, or for your Lord to arrive, or for some of your Lord’s signs to come? On the Day when some of your Lord’s signs come, no soul will benefit from its faith unless it had believed previously, or had earned goodness through its faith. Say, “Wait, we too are waiting.” 158Улар фаришталар келишини, ё Роббингнинг келишини ёки Роббингнинг баъзи оятлари келишини кутмоқдалар, холос. Роббингнинг баъзи оятлари келган кунида ҳеч бир жонга, олдин иймон келтирмаган ёки иймонида яхшилик касб қилмаган бўлса, иймони наф бермас. Сен:«Кутаверинглар, биз ҳам кутгувчилармиз», деб айт.
