Amendments to the present Charter shall come into force for all Members of the United Nations when they have been adopted by a vote of two thirds of the members of the General Assembly and ratified in accordance with their respective constitutional processes by two thirds of the Members of the United Nations, including all the permanent members of the Security Council.

 Ушбу Низомга киритиладиган тузатишлар, улар Бош Ассамблея Аъзоларининг учдан икки қисми овози билан қабул қилиниб, Ташкилот Аъзоларининг Хавфсизлик Кенгаши доимий Аъзоларининг ҳаммасини қўшгандаги учдан икки қисми овози билан уларнинг конституциявий тартиботига мувофиқ ратификация қилингач, Ташкилотнинг барча Аъзолари учун кучга киради.
Any alteration of the present Charter recommended by a two-thirds vote of the conference shall take effect when ratified in accordance with their respective constitutional processes by two thirds of the Members of the United Nations including all the permanent members of the Security Council.

94. And do not use your oaths to deceive one another, so that a foot may not slip after being firm, and you taste misery because you hindered from God’s path, and incur a terrible torment. 94Қасамларингизни орангизда алдов воситаси қилиб олманг. Бас, қадам собит бўлганидан сўнг тоймасин ва Аллоҳнинг йўлидан тўсганингиз учун ёмонликни татиб юрманг. Сизга улкан азоб бўлмасин.

1. Glory to Him who journeyed His servant by night, from the Sacred Mosque, to the Farthest Mosque, whose precincts We have blessed, in order to show him of Our wonders. He is the Listener, the Beholder.

1Ўз бандасини кечаси Масжидул Ҳаромдан атрофини баракали қилганимиз Масжидул Ақсога оят­мўъжизаларимизни кўрсатиш учун сайр қилдирган зот пок бўлди. Албатта, У эшитгувчи ва кўргувчи зотдир. 

33. And do not kill the soul which God has made sacred, except in the course of justice. If someone is killed unjustly, We have given his next of kin certain authority. But he should not be excessive in killing, for he will be supported. 33Аллоҳ (ўлдиришни) ҳаром қилган жонни ўлдирманг. Магар ҳақ ила бўлса, майли. Кимки мазлум ҳолида ўлдирилса, унинг валийсига ҳақ берганмиз. Бас, у ўлдиришда исроф қилмасин. Албатта, у нусрат берилган одамдир.
62. He said, “Do You see this one whom You have honored more than me? If You reprieve me until the Day of Resurrection, I will bring his descendants under my sway, except for a few.” 62У:«Менга хабар бер­чи, мендан устун қилганинг шуми? Агар мени қиёмат кунигача қўйиб қўйсанг, унинг зурриётининг озгинасидан бошқасини жиловлаб оламан», деди.
73. They almost lured you away from what We have revealed to you, so that you would invent something else in Our name. In that case, they would have taken you for a friend. 73Сени Биз ваҳий қилган нарсадан фитна орқали буриб, Бизнинг шаънимизга бошқасини уйдиришингга ундашларига оз қолди. Шундай бўлган тақдирда, албатта, сени дўст тутар эдилар.
Even so, We awakened them, so that they may ask one another. A speaker among them said, “How long have you stayed?” They said, “We have stayed a day, or part of a day.” They said, “Your Lord knows best how long you have stayed.” “Send one of you to the city, with this money of yours, and let him see which food is most suitable, and let him bring you some provision thereof. And let him be gentle, and let no one become aware of you.” 19Ва шундай қилиб, уларни ўзаро сўрашлари учун уйғотдик. Улардан бири: «Қанча қолдинглар?» деди. Улар: «Бир кун ёки бир куннинг баъзисича қолдик», дейишди. «Қанча қолганингизни Роббингиз яхши билгувчидир, шаҳарга бирингизни ушбу пулингиз ила юборинг, назар солиб, яхши таомни танлаб, ундан ризқ келтирсин ва диққатли бўлсин, сизни бировга сездириб қўймасин.
Say, “I am only a human being like you, being inspired that your god is One God. Whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and never associate anyone with the service of his Lord.” 110Сен:«Мен ҳам сизларга ўхшаган башарман. Менга, шубҳасиз, илоҳингиз битта «илоҳ» экани ваҳий қилинди. Бас, ким Роббига рўбарў келишни умид қилса, яхши амал қилсин ва Робби ибодатига биронтани шерик қилмасин», дегин. 
And shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards you, and it will drop ripe dates by you.” 25Хурмо танасини силкит, сенга янги мева туширади», деб нидо қилди.
How many a generation have We destroyed before them? Can you feel a single one of them, or hear from them the slightest whisper? 98Улардан олдин қанчадан­қанча аср(аҳли)ни ҳалок қилдик. Улардан бирортасини ҳис этасанми ёки шарпасини эшитасанми?!
And do not let him who denies it and follows his desire turn you away from it, lest you fall. 16Ҳаргиз сени унга иймон келтирмайдиганлар ва ҳавойи нафсига эргашганлар ундан тўсмасинлар. У ҳолда ҳалок бўласан».
So they can understand my speech. 28Сўзимни англасинлар.
We showed him Our signs, all of them, but he denied and refused. 56Батаҳқиқ, Биз унга оят­мўъжизаларимизнинг ҳаммасини кўрсатдик. Бас, у ёлғонга чиқарди ва бош тортди.
Pharaoh turned away, put together his plan, and then came back. 60Бас, Фиръавн қайтиб кетди, сўнгра ҳийласини йиғиб келди.
Eat of the good things We have provided for you, but do not be excessive therein, lest My wrath descends upon you. He upon whom My wrath descends has fallen. 81Биз сизга ризқ қилиб берган пок нарсалардан енглар, унда ҳаддингиздан ошманг, яна бошингизга ғазабим тушиб қолмасин. But then his Lord recalled him, and pardoned him, and guided him. 122Сўнгра Робби уни танлаб олди, бас, тавбасини қабул қилди ва ҳидоятга бошлади.
Is it not instructive to them, how many generations before them We destroyed, in whose settlements they walk? Surely in that are signs for people of understanding. 128Улардан илгари уларнинг масканларида юрган асрлардан қанчадан­қанчасини ҳалок қилганимиз ҳам ҳидоят қилмадими? Албатта, бунда ақл эгалари учун ибратлар бордир.
By amending and adopting a number of new legislative documents, we have created a solid legal framework in the energy sector based on market principles. In this area, we have abandoned administrative-command mechanisms and monopoly, and implemented an open, transparent, modern management system. We have created conducive opportunities for the access of the private sector and foreign companies.
