32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel: that whoever kills a person—unless it is for murder or corruption on earth—it is as if he killed the whole of mankind; and whoever saves it, it is as if he saved the whole of mankind. Our messengers came to them with clarifications, but even after that, many of them continue to commit excesses in the land.

32Шунинг учун ҳам Бани Исроилга: «Ким бир жонни ноҳақдан ёки ер юзида фасод қилмаса ҳам ўлдирса, худди ҳамма одамларни ўлдирган бўлади. Ким уни тирилтирса, худди ҳамма одамларни тирилтиргандек бўлади», деб ёздик. Батаҳқиқ, уларга Пайғамбарларимиз баёнотлар олиб келдилар. Сўнгра, бундан кейин ҳам, улардан кўплари ер юзида исроф қилгувчилардан бўлдилар.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».

111. Even if We sent down the angels to them, and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered all things before them, they still would not believe, unless Allah wills; but most of them are ignorant. 111Агар Биз уларга фаришталарни туширсак ҳам, уларга ўликлар гапирса ҳам ва уларнинг олдига ҳамма нарсани очиқ­ойдин тўпласак ҳам, Аллоҳ хоҳламаса, иймон келтирмаслар. Лекин кўплари жоҳилдирлар.
119. And why should you not eat of that over which the Name of Allah is pronounced, when He has detailed for you what is prohibited for you, unless you are compelled by necessity? Many lead astray with their opinions, through lack of knowledge. Your Lord knows best the transgressors. 119Сизга нима бўлдики, Аллоҳнинг номи айтиб сўйилган нарсани емас экансизлар?! У сизларга ҳаром қилган нарсаларини батафсил баён қилиб берган­ ку?! Магар музтар бўлганингизда, майли. Албатта, кўпчилик билмасдан, ҳойу ҳаваслари ила адаштирадилар. Албатта, Роббинг тажовузкорларни яхши билгувчидир.
124. When a sign comes to them, they say, “We will not believe unless we are given the like of what was given to Allah’s messengers.” Allah knows best where to place His message. Humiliation from Allah and severe torment will afflict the criminals for their scheming. 124Агар уларга оят келса, Аллоҳнинг Пайғамбарларига берилган нарсага ўхшаш нарса бизга ҳам берилмагунча зинҳор иймон келтирмасмиз, дерлар. Ўз Пайғамбарлигини қаерга қўйишни Аллоҳнинг Ўзи яхши биладир. Жиноят қилганларга қилган макрлари учун Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида, албатта, хорлик ва шиддатли азоб бордир.
158. Are they waiting for anything but for the angels to come to them, or for your Lord to arrive, or for some of your Lord’s signs to come? On the Day when some of your Lord’s signs come, no soul will benefit from its faith unless it had believed previously, or had earned goodness through its faith. Say, “Wait, we too are waiting.” 158Улар фаришталар келишини, ё Роббингнинг келишини ёки Роббингнинг баъзи оятлари келишини кутмоқдалар, холос. Роббингнинг баъзи оятлари келган кунида ҳеч бир жонга, олдин иймон келтирмаган ёки иймонида яхшилик касб қилмаган бўлса, иймони наф бермас. Сен:«Кутаверинглар, биз ҳам кутгувчилармиз», деб айт.

23. They said, “Our Lord, we have done wrong to ourselves. Unless You forgive us, and have mercy on us, we will be among the losers.”

23 Икковлари: «Эй Роббимиз, биз ўзимизга зулм қилдик. Агар Сен бизни мағфират қилмасанг ва бизга раҳм қилмасанг, албатта, зиён кўрганлардан бўламиз», дедилар.
88. The arrogant elite among his people said, “O Shuaib, We will evict you from our town, along with those who believe with you, unless you return to our religion.” He said, “Even if we are unwilling?” 88Унинг қавмидан мутакаббир бўлган зодагонлар: «Эй Шуайб, ёки, албатта, сени ва сен билан бирга иймон келтирганларни ўз қишлоғимиздан чиқарамиз, ёки ўз миллатимизга қайтасизлар», дедилар. 89. “We would be fabricating falsehood against Allah, if we were to return to your religion, after Allah has saved us from it. It is not for us to return to it, unless Allah, our Lord, wills. Our Lord embraces all things in knowledge. In Allah we place our trust. Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, for You are the Best of Deciders.” 89Агар сизнинг миллатингизга Аллоҳ бизга ундан нажот бергандан сўнг қайтсак, батаҳқиқ, Аллоҳга нисбатан ёлғон тўқиган бўламиз. Биз учун унга қайтиш мутлақо мумкин эмас, магар Роббимиз–Аллоҳ хоҳласагина (мумкин). Роббимиз ҳамма нарсани ўз илми ила қамраб олгандир. Аллоҳга таваккал қилдик. Эй Роббимиз, биз билан қавмимизнинг орамизни ҳақ ила очгин. Сен очувчиларнинг яхшисидирсан», деди.
149. Then, when they regretted, and realized that they had erred, they said, “Unless our Lord extends His mercy to us, and forgives us, we will be among the losers.” 149Қўллари тушган пайтда ва ўзларининг адашганларини билганларида: «Агар Роббимиз бизга раҳм қилмаса ва мағфират этмаса, албатта, зиёнкорлардан бўламиз», дедилар.

53. That is because Allah would never change a blessing He has bestowed on a people unless they change what is within themselves, and because Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

53 Бундай бўлиши Аллоҳ бир қавмга берган неъматини токи улар ўзларини ўзгартирмагунларича ўзгартирувчи бўлмаслиги ва Аллоҳ эшитгувчи ва билгувчи зот бўлганидандир.
73. As for those who disbelieve, they are allies of one another. Unless you do this, there will be turmoil in the land, and much corruption. 73Куфр келтирганлар бир­бирларига валийдирлар. Агар (мазкур нарсани) қилмасангиз, ер юзида фитна ва катта фасод бўладир.

10. On the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan it shall be prohibited to conduct transactions for the sale and purchase of crypto-assets for national and (or) foreign currency, as well as the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets outside service providers, unless as otherwise provided by law. 10. Ўзбекистон Республикаси ҳудудида крипто-активларни миллий ва (ёки) хорижий валютага сотиш ва сотиб олиш ҳамда крипто-активларни бошқа крипто-активларга айирбошлаш бўйича операцияларини хизматлар провайдерларидан ташқарида амалга ошириш тақиқланади, бундан қонунчилик ҳужжатларида белгиланган ҳоллар мустасно.
If a trading participant in the process of trading in crypto-assets makes a transaction to purchase, sell and (or) exchange crypto-assets, the crypto-exchange shall deduct the amount (quantity) of execution on this transaction from the amount of funds of this trading participant, crypto-assets, accounted for on the secondary account of the SCH or on the addresses of the crypto wallets of the crypto-exchange, and attach the specified trading participant to the counterparty, unless otherwise provided by the agreement.
