We made a covenant with the Children of Israel: “Worship none but Allah; and be good to parents, and relatives, and orphans, and the needy; and speak nicely to people; and pray regularly, and give alms.” Then you turned away, except for a few of you, recanting. 83Бани Исорилдан Аллоҳдан бошқага ибодат этмайсиз, ота­онага, қариндошларга, етимларга, мискинларга яхшилик қиласиз, одамларга яхши гаплар айтинг, намозни қоимқилинг, закот беринг, деб аҳду паймон олганимизни эсланг. 84. And We made a covenant with you: “You shall not shed the blood of your own, nor shall you evict your own from your homes.” You agreed, and were all witnesses. 84Сизлардан бир­бирингизнинг қонларингизни тўкмайсиз ва диёрингиздан чиқармайсиз, деб аҳду паймонингизни олганимизни эсланг. And We made a covenant with you, and raised the Mount above you: “Take what We have given you firmly, and listen.” They said, “We hear and disobey.” And their hearts became filled with the love of the calf because of their disbelief. 118. Those who do not know say, “If only Allah would speak to us, or a sign would come to us.” Thus said those who were before them. Their hearts are alike. We have made the signs clear for people who are certain. 118Билмайдиган кимсалар: «Аллоҳ биз билан гаплашса эди ёки мўъжиза келса эди», дейишди. 125. And We made the House a focal point for the people, and a sanctuary. Use the shrine of Abraham as a place of prayer. And We commissioned Abraham and Ishmael, “Sanctify My House for those who circle around it, and those who seclude themselves in it, and those who kneel and prostrate.” 125«Уй»ни одамлар учун масаба ва омонлик жойи қилганимизни эсланг. Ва Иброҳимнинг мақомини намозгоҳ тутинг. Ва Иброҳим ва Исмоилга: «Уйимни тавоф қилувчилар, муқим турувчилар, рукуъ ва сажда қилувчиларучун поклаб қўйинглар»,деб амр қилдик. 143. Thus We made you a moderate community, that you may be witnesses to humanity, and that the Messenger may be a witness to you. We only established the direction of prayer, which you once followed, that We may distinguish those who follow the Messenger from those who turn on their heels. It is indeed difficult, except for those whom Allah has guided. But Allah would never let your faith go to waste. Allah is Kind towards the people, Merciful. 143Шунингдек, сизларни одамлар устидан гувоҳ бўлишингиз ва Пайғамбар сизларнинг устингиздан гувоҳ бўлиши учун ўрта миллат қилдик. 118. O you who believe! Do not befriend outsiders who never cease to wish you harm. They love to see you suffer. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their hearts conceal is worse. We have made the messages clear for you, if you understand. 118Эй иймон келтирганлар, ўзингиздан бошқадан сирдош тутманг. Улар сизга ёмонлик қилишини қўймаслар. Машаққатда қолишингизни хоҳларлар. Душманликлари оғизларидаги (сўзлари)дан билиниб турибди. Дилларида махфий тургани яна ҳам каттароқ. Агар ақл юритадиган бўлсангиз, биз сизларга оят­ белгиларни баён қилиб бўлдик.
126. Allah made it but a message of hope for you, and to reassure your hearts thereby. Victory comes only from Allah the Almighty, the Wise. 126Аллоҳ буни фақат сизга суюнчилик ва қалбингиз таскин топиши учунгина қилди. Аслида, нусрат азиз ва ҳаким Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридандир.
183. Those who said, “Allah has made a covenant with us, that we shall not believe in any messenger unless he brings us an offering to be consumed by fire.” Say, “Messengers have come to you before me with proofs, and with what you asked for; so why did you assassinate them, if you are truthful?” 183«Албатта, Аллоҳ биздан ўтда куядиган қурбонлик келтирмаган Пайғамбарга ишонмаслигимизга аҳд олган», дейдиганларга, сен: «Мендан олдин ҳам сизларга Пайғамбарлар очиқ­ойдин баёнотлар ва сиз айтган нарса билан келганлар. Агар ростгўй бўлсаларингиз, нимага уларни ўлдирдингиз?» деб айт.
187. Allah received a pledge from those who were given the Scripture: “You shall proclaim it to the people, and not conceal it.” But they disregarded it behind their backs, and exchanged it for a small price. What a miserable exchange they made. 187Аллоҳ китоб берилганлардан, албатта, уни одамларга баён қиласиз ва беркитмайсиз, деб аҳд олганини эсла. Бас, уни ортларига қаратиб отдилар ва арзон нархга сотдилар. Сотиб олган нарсалари қандай ҳам ёмон!

33. To everyone We have assigned beneficiaries in what is left by parents and relatives. Those with whom you have made an agreement, give them their share. 5. Today all good things are made lawful for you. And the food of those given the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. So are chaste believing women, and chaste women from the people who were given the Scripture before you, provided you give them their dowries, and take them in marriage, not in adultery, nor as mistresses. But whoever rejects faith, his work will be in vain, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.

13. Because of their breaking their pledge, We cursed them, and made their hearts hard. They twist the words out of their context, and they disregarded some of what they were reminded of. You will always witness deceit from them, except for a few of them. But pardon them, and overlook. Allah loves the doers of good.

20. When Moses said to his people, “O my people, remember Allah’s blessings upon you, when He placed prophets among you, and made you kings, and gave you what He never gave any other people.” 20Мусо ўз қавмига: «Эй қавмим, Аллоҳнинг сизга берган неъматларини эсланг. 48. And We revealed to you the Book, with truth, confirming the Scripture that preceded it, and superseding it. So judge between them according to what Allah revealed, and do not follow their desires if they differ from the truth that has come to you. For each of you We have assigned a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He could have made you a single nation, but He tests you through what He has given you. So compete in righteousness. To Allah is your return, all of you; then He will inform you of what you had disputed.

48Ва Биз сенга китобни ҳақ ила, ўзидан олдинги китобни тасдиқловчи ва унинг устидан назорат этгувчи қилиб нозил қилдик. Бас, улар орасида Аллоҳ нозил этган нарса ила ҳукм юрит. 70. We made a covenant with the Children of Israel, and We sent to them messengers. Whenever a messenger came to them with what their souls did not desire, some of them they accused of lying, and others they put to death. 70Батаҳқиқ, Биз Бани Исроилдан мийсоқ–аҳднома олдик ва уларга Пайғамбарлар юбордик.
