As for those who believe and do righteous works—We never burden any soul beyond its capacity—these are the inhabitants of the Garden; abiding therein eternally. 42Иймон келтириб, яхши амалларни қилганлар–Биз ҳеч бир жонни тоқатидан ташқари нарсага таклиф қилмаймиз–ана ўшалар жаннат эгаларидир. Улар унда абадий қолурлар.
157. Those who follow the Messenger, the Unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel in their possession. He directs them to righteousness, and deters them from evil, and allows for them all good things, and prohibits for them wickedness, and unloads the burdens and the shackles that are upon them. Those who believe in him, and respect him, and support him, and follow the light that came down with him—these are the successful. 157Улар ўз ҳузурларидаги Таврот ва Инжилда ёзилган ҳолида топиладиган, уларни яхшиликка буюриб, ёмонликдан қайтарадиган, уларга покиза нарсаларни ҳалол қилиб, нопок нарсаларни ҳаром қиладиган, устиларидаги юкни енгиллатиб, кишанларни ечадиган уммий, Набий, Пайғамбарга эргашадилар. Бас, унга иймон келтириб, ёрдам бериб ва уни қўллаб­қувватлаган ҳамда унга нозил бўлган нурга эргашганлар–ана ўшалар нажот топгувчилардир», деди.
66. Allah has now lightened your burden, knowing that there is weakness in you. If there are a hundred steadfast among you, they will defeat two hundred; and if there are a thousand of you, they will defeat two thousand by Allah’s leave. Allah is with the steadfast. 66Энди Аллоҳ сизлардан енгиллаштирди, сизларда ожизлик борлигини билди. Бас, агар сиздан юзта сабрли бўлса, икки юзтани енгадир. Агар сиздан мингта бўлса, Аллоҳнинг изни ила икки мингтани енгадир. Аллоҳ сабрлилар биландир.
We shall consistently continue reforms aimed at easing the tax burden on citizens and entrepreneurs and simplifying the tax system. Биз аҳоли ва тадбиркорларга солиқ юкини енгиллаштириш, солиқ тизимини соддалаштириш бўйича ислоҳотларни изчил давом эттирамиз.

76. And God cites the example of two men: one of them dumb, unable to do anything, and is a burden on his master; whichever way he directs him, he achieves nothing good. Is he equal to him who commands justice, and is on a straight path?

76Аллоҳ икки кишини зарбул масал келтирди. Бири соқов, ҳеч нарсага қодир бўлмайдир. У ўз хожасига юкдир. Қаерга юборса ҳам, яхшилик келтирмайдир. Ўша одам билан ўзи тўғри йўлда туриб, бошқаларни адолатга амр қиладиган киши баробар бўларми?
15. Whoever is guided—is guided for his own good. And whoever goes astray—goes astray to his detriment. No burdened soul carries the burdens of another, nor do We ever punish until We have sent a messenger. 15Ким ҳидоятга юрса, фақат ўзи учунгина ҳидоят топадир. Ким залолатга кетса, фақат ўзи учунгина залолатга кетадир. Ҳеч бир жон ўзганинг оғирлигини кўтарувчи бўлмас. Токи Пайғамбар юбормагунимизча, азобловчи бўлган эмасмиз.
Whoever turns away from it will carry on the Day of Resurrection a burden. 100Ким ундан юз ўгирса, албатта, у қиёмат куни (гуноҳ) юкини кўтарур.
Abiding therein forever. And wretched is their burden on the Day of Resurrection. 101Унда абадий қолурлар. Қиёмат кунида уларнинг юки қандай ҳам ёмон бўлди.
Every soul will taste death. We burden you with adversity and prosperity—a test. And to Us you will be returned.

So that the Messenger may be a witness over you, and you may be witnesses over the people. So pray regularly, and give regular charity, and cleave to God. He is your Protector. What an excellent Protector, and what an excellent Helper. 78Ва Аллоҳ (йўлида) ҳақ жиҳод қилингиз. У сизларни танлаб олди. Ва сизга бу динда ҳеч танглик қилмади. Бу отангиз Иброҳимнинг миллати. У сизларни бундан олдин ва бу(Қуръон)да Пайғамбар сизларга гувоҳ бўлиши учун, сизлар эса, одамларга гувоҳлар бўлишингиз учун мусулмонлар деб номлади. Бас, намозни тўкис адо этинглар, закот беринглар ва Аллоҳга боғланинглар. У сизнинг хожангиздир. Бас, У зот қандай ҳам яхши хожа ва қандай ҳам яхши нусрат бергувчи.
62. We never burden any soul beyond its capacity. And with Us is a record that tells the truth, and they will not be wronged. 62Биз ҳеч бир жонга тоқатидан ташқари таклиф қилмасмиз. Ҳузуримизда китоб бор. У ҳақни сўзлайдир. Уларга зулм қилинмас.
58. Those who harm believing men and believing women, for acts they did not commit, bear the burden of perjury and a flagrant sin. 58Мўмин ва мўминаларга, улар бирор нарса қилмасалар ҳам, озор берадиганлар, батаҳқиқ, ўз устларига очиқ бўҳтон ва гуноҳни олибдилар.
18. No burdened soul can carry the burden of another. Even if one weighted down calls for help with its burden, nothing can be lifted from it, even if they were related. You are to warn those who fear their Lord inwardly, and perform the prayer. He who purifies himself purifies himself for his own good. To God is the ultimate return. 18Ўзи юкли жон ўзга жоннинг юкини кўтара олмас. Юки оғир жон ўз юкига (бошқани) чақирса­да, ундан ҳеч бир нарса кўтарилмас. Гарчи (чақирилган) қариндош бўлса ҳам. Сен фақат ғайбдаги Роббиларидан қўрқадиган ва намозни тўкис адо этганларни огоҳлантирурсан. Ким покланса, Ўзи учун покланур. Қайтиш Аллоҳгадир.
7. If you disbelieve, God is Independent of you, yet He does not approve ingratitude on the part of His servants. And if you are thankful, He will approve that in you. No bearer of burden can bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return; and He will inform you of what you used to do. He is aware of what the hearts contain. 7Агар куфр келтирсангиз, албатта, Аллоҳ сиздан беҳожатдир. У ўз бандаларининг кофир бўлишига рози бўлмас. Агар Унга шукр келтирсангиз, сиздан рози бўлур. Ҳеч бир оғирлик кўтаргувчи жон ўзга жоннинг оғирлигини кўтармас. Сўнгра фақатгина Роббингизга қайтишингиз бор. Бас, У нима амал қилиб юрганингизнинг хабарини берур. Албатта, У диллардаги нарсаларни ҳам ўта билгувчи зотдир.
In society, women experience a double burden because, in addition to paid work, they do a disproportionately large share of unpaid household work.
