2. The term «revenue claim» as used in this Article means an amount owed in respect of taxes of every kind and description imposed on behalf of the Contracting States, or of their local authorities, insofar as the taxation thereunder is not contrary to this Convention or any other instrument to which the Contracting States are parties, as well as interest, administrative penalties and costs of collection or conservancy related to such amount. 2. 7. Where, at any time after a request has been made by a Contracting State under paragraph 3 or 4 and before the other Contracting State has collected and remitted the relevant revenue claim to the first-mentioned State, the relevant revenue claim ceases to be: 7. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Convention, a benefit under this Convention shall not be granted in respect of an item of income or capital if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Convention.» Ушбу Конвенциянинг бошқа қоидаларидан қатъи назар, агар барча тегишли фактлар ва шартларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда, ҳар қандай келишув ёки битимнинг асосий мақсадларидан бири мазкур Конвенция доирасида имтиёз олиш бўлиб ва бевосита ёки билвосита бундай имтиёзни олинишига олиб келган деб хулоса қилишга асос бўлса, бундай даромад ва фойда предметига нисбатан ушбу имтиёзлар тақдим қилинмайди, башарти бундай шартларда ушбу имтиёзларнинг берилиши мазкур Конвенция тегишли қоидаларининг объекти ва мақсадига мувофиқ деб топилмаса.».
In witness whereof the undersigned, duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Protocol. Бунинг тасдиғи сифатида тегишли тартибда ваколатга эга бўлган қуйида имзо чекувчилар мазкур Баённомани имзоладилар.

Each Member shall take the necessary measures to ensure that duly qualified technical experts and specialists, including specialists in medicine, engineering, electricity and chemistry, are associated in the work of inspection, in such manner as may be deemed most appropriate under national conditions, for the purpose of securing the enforcement of the legal provisions relating to the protection of the health and safety of workers while engaged in their work and of investigating the effects of processes, materials and methods of work on the health and safety of workers. Ташкилотнинг ҳар бир аъзоси, меҳнаткашларнинг иш жараёнида соғлиғини сақлашга ва хавфсизлигига оид қонун-қоидалар ҳаётга татбиқ қилинишини таъминлаш мақсадида ҳамда меҳнаткашлар саломатлиги ва хавфсизлигига ишлаш услублари, ускуналари ва жараёнларининг таъсирини аниқлаш мақсадида, инспекция ишига тегишли малакали экспертлар ва мутахассислар, шу жумладан, тиббиёт, механика, электр ва кимё бўйича мутахассислар, миллий шароитга энг мақбул деб эътироф этиладиган тарзда, жалб этилишини таъминлаш учун зарур чора-тадбирлар кўради.
(a) local offices, suitably equipped in accordance with the requirements of the service, and accessible to all persons concerned; а) инспекция хизмати эҳтиёжларига мос равишда жиҳозланган ва барча тегишли шахслар учун очиқ бўлган маҳаллий бюро;

(b) shall be bound on pain of appropriate penalties or disciplinary measures not to reveal, even after leaving the service, any manufacturing or commercial secrets or working processes which may come to their knowledge in the course of their duties; and
