Nothing in the present Charter shall invalidate or preclude action, in relation to any state which during the Second World War has been an enemy of any signatory to the present Charter, taken or authorized as a result of that war by the Governments having responsibility for such action.

 Ушбу Низом Иккинчи жаҳон уруши туфайли тегишли ҳукуматларнинг шу уруш давомида ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлардан ҳар қандайининг душмани бўлган ҳар қандай давлатга нисбатан амалга оширган ёки оширилишини маъқуллаган чораларини асло юридик кучдан маҳрум қилмайди, шунингдек, бундай чораларни қўллашига тўсқинлик қилмайди.
The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

 1. Ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлар уни ўзларининг конституциявий тартиботларига мувофиқ ратификация қилишлари керак.
The ratifications shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of America, which shall notify all the signatory states of each deposit as well as the Secretary-General of the Organization when he has been appointed.

 2. Ратификация ёрлиқлари сақлаш учун Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ҳукуматига топширилиши лозим, у ҳар бир ёрлиқнинг сақлаш учун топширилганини Низомни имзолаган барча давлатларга, шунингдек, Ташкилотнинг Бош Котиби тайинлангач, унга маълум қилади.
The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

 3. Ушбу Низом Хитой Халқ Республикаси, Франция, Совет Социалистик Республикалар Иттифоқи, Буюк Британия ва Шимолий Ирландия Қўшма Қироллиги ва Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ва Низомни имзолаган бошқа кўпчилик давлатлар ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширгандан кейин кучга киради. Сўнгра Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ҳукумати ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширилганлиги ҳақида протоcол тузади, бу протоколнинг нусхалари Низомни имзолаган барча давлатларга юборилади.
The states signatory to the present Charter which ratify it after it has come into force will become original Members of the United Nations on the date of the deposit of their respective ratifications.

 4. Ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлар Низом кучга киргандан кейин уни ратификация қилгач, ўзларининг тегишли ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширган кундан бошлаб Бирлашган Миллатлар Ташкилотининг Дастлабки Аъзолари бўлиб қоладилар.
The present Charter, of which the Chinese, French, Russian, English, and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall remain deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of the other signatory states.

 Хитойча, французча, русча, инглизча ва испанча матнлари бир хил кучга эга бўлган ушбу Низом Америcа Қўшма Штатлари Ҳукуматининг архивида сақланади. Бу ҳукумат Низомнинг тегишлича муҳр босилган нусхаларини уни имзолаган бошқа давлатларнинг ҳукуматларига юборади.
In Faith Whereof the representatives of the Governments of the United Nations have signed the present Charter. DONE at the city of San Francisco the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five. 11. And He produces for you grains with it, and olives, and date-palms, and grapes, and all kinds of fruits. Surely in that is a sign for people who think. 11У ўша(сув) ила сизга экинларни, зайтунни, ҳурмоларни, узумларни ва турли меваларни ўстирадир. Албатта, бунда тафаккур қиладиган қавмлар учун оят­ белгилар бордир.
12. And He regulated for you the night and the day; and the sun, and the moon, and the stars are disposed by His command. Surely in that are signs for people who ponder. 12У сизга кечанию кундузни, қуёшнию ойни хизматкор қилди. Юлдузлар Унинг амри ила хизматкордир. Албатта, бунда ақл юритгувчи қавмлар учун оят­ белгилар бордир.

13. And whatsoever He created for you on earth is of diverse colors. Surely in that is a sign for people who are mindful.

13Ва сиз учун ерда турли рангда қилиб яратган нарсаларини ҳам (хизматкор қилди). Албатта, бунда эслайдиган қавмлар учун оят ­белги бордир.

65. God sends down water from the sky, with which He revives the earth after its death. In this is a sign for people who listen.

65Аллоҳ осмондан сув тушириб, у ила ерни ўлимидан кейин тирилтирди. Албатта, бунда эшитадиган қавмлар учун оят­белгилар бордир.

67. And from the fruits of date-palms and grapevines, you derive sugar and wholesome food. In this is a sign for people who understand.

78. God brought you out of your mothers’ wombs, not knowing anything; and He gave you the hearing, and the eyesight, and the brains; that you may give thanks.

78Аллоҳ сизни оналарингиз қорнидан ҳеч нарса билмайдиган ҳолингизда чиқарди. У сизга қулоқ, кўзлар ва дилларни берди. Шоядки, шукр қилсангиз.

79. Have they not seen the birds, flying in the midst of the sky? None sustains them except God. In this are signs for people who believe.

79Осмон бўшлиғидаги беминнат, бўйсундирилган қушларга қарамайдиларми? Уларни фақатгина Аллоҳ ушлаб туради, холос. Албатта, бунда иймон келтирадиган қавмлар учун оят­белгилар бордир.
108. It is they whom God has sealed their hearts, and their hearing, and their sight. It is they who are the heedless. 108Ана ўшаларнинг қалблари, қулоқлари ва кўзларига Аллоҳ муҳр босгандир. Ана ўшалар ғофиллардир.
18. Whoever desires the fleeting life, We expedite for him what We decide to give him, to whomever We desire. Then We consign him to Hell, where he will roast, condemned and defeated. 18Ким шошган(дунё)ни истаса, унга бу дунёда ирода қилган кишимизга нимани хоҳласак, шошилинч берурмиз. Сўнгра унга жаҳаннамни берурмиз. Унга хор ва қувғинга учраган ҳолда кирур.
36. And do not occupy yourself with what you have no knowledge of. The hearing, and the sight, and the brains—all these will be questioned. 36Ўзинг билмаган нарсага эргашма! Албатта, қулоқ, кўз ва дил — ана ўшалар, масъулдирлар.
59. Nothing prevents Us from sending miraculous signs, except that the ancients called them lies. We gave Thamood the she-camel, a visible sign, but they mistreated her. We do not send the signs except to instill reverence. 59Бизни оят­мўъжизаларни юборишимиздан фақат аввалгиларнинг уларни ёлғонга чиқарганлари ман қилди. Самудга туяни кўз очувчи (мўъжиза) қилиб бердик. Бас, унинг сабабидан (ўзларига) зулм қилдилар. Биз оят­мўъжизаларни фақат қўрқитиш учунгина юборурмиз.
99. Do they not consider that God, Who created the heavens and the earth, is Able to create the likes of them? He has assigned for them a term, in which there is no doubt. But the wrongdoers persist in denying the truth. 99Улар осмонлару ерни яратган Аллоҳ уларга ўхшашини яратишга қодир эканини ва улар учун шак­шубҳасиз ажал белгилаганини билмадиларми?! Бас, золимлар куфрдан бошқа нарсадан бош тортдилар.
