Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco, who have exhibited their full powers found to be in good and due form, have agreed to the present Charter of the United Nations and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.

The original Members of the United Nations shall be the states which, having participated in the United Nations Conference on International Organization at San Francisco, or having previously signed the Declaration by United Nations of 1 January 1942, sign the present Charter and ratify it in accordance with Article 110.

The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations. The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council. The General Assembly shall elect ten other Members of the United Nations to be non-permanent members of the Security Council, due regard being specially paid, in the first instance to the contribution of Members of the United Nations to the maintenance of international peace and security and to the other purposes of the Organization, and also to equitable geographical distribution.

Pending the coming into force of such special agreements referred to in Article 43 as in the opinion of the Security Council enable it to begin the exercise of its responsibilities under Article 42, the parties to the Four-Nation Declaration, signed at Moscow, 30 October 1943, and France, shall, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 5 of that Declaration, consult with one another and as occasion requires with other Members of the United Nations with a view to such joint action on behalf of the Organization as may be necessary for the purpose of maintaining international peace and security.

The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

Ушбу Низом Хитой Халқ Республикаси, Франция, Совет Социалистик Республикалар Иттифоқи, Буюк Британия ва Шимолий Ирландия Қўшма Қироллиги ва Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ва Низомни имзолаган бошқа кўпчилик давлатлар ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширгандан кейин кучга киради. The present Charter, of which the Chinese, French, Russian, English, and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall remain deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of the other signatory states.

In Faith Whereof the representatives of the Governments of the United Nations have signed the present Charter. DONE at the city of San Francisco the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five. 72. God has given you mates from among yourselves; and has produced for you, from your mates, children and grandchildren; and has provided you with good things. Will they then believe in falsehood, and refuse God’s favors?

84. On the Day when We raise up a witness from every community—those who disbelieved will not be permitted, nor will they be excused. 84Ҳар бир умматдан гувоҳ келтирган кунимизда, сўнгра куфр келтирганларга (узр учун) изн ҳам берилмас ва улар итобга ҳам қайтарилмаслар.
88. Those who disbelieve and obstruct from God’s path—We will add punishment to their punishment, on account of the mischief they used to make. 88Куфр келтирган ва Аллоҳнинг йўлидан тўсганларга фасод қилганлари учун азоб устига азоб зиёда қилдик.
106. Whoever renounces faith in God after having believed—except for someone who is compelled, while his heart rests securely in faith—but whoever willingly opens up his heart to disbelief—upon them falls wrath from God, and for them is a tremendous torment. 106Ким иймондан сўнг Аллоҳга куфр келтирса, қалби иймон ила ором топа туриб зўрланганлар бундан мустасно, ким кўксини куфрга очса, бас, уларга Аллоҳдан ғазаб бор. Уларга улкан азоб бор.
112. And God cites the example of a town that was secure and peaceful, with its livelihood coming to it abundantly from every direction. But then it turned unappreciative of God’s blessings, so God made it taste the robe of hunger and fear, because of what they used to craft. 112Аллоҳ бир шаҳарни зарбул масал қилади: у омонлик ва хотиржамликда эди. Ризқи ҳар макондан сероб ҳолда келиб турарди. Сўнг у Аллоҳнинг неъматларига куфр келтирди. Бас, Аллоҳ унга қилган ишлари учун очлик ва хавф кийимини тоттирди.
41. We have explained in this Quran in various ways, that they may remember, but it only adds to their rebellion. 41Батаҳқиқ, Биз бу Қуръонда эслашлари учун баён қилдик. Лекин бу уларга нафратдан ўзгани зиёда қилмас.
67. When harm afflicts you at sea, those you pray to vanish, except for Him. But when He saves you to land, you turn away. The human being is ever thankless. 67Қачон сизни денгизда фалокат тутса, Ундан ўзга илтижо қиладиганларингиз ғойиб бўлур. Қачонки сизга нажот бериб қуруқликка чиқарса, юз ўгирасиз. Инсон ўзи куфрон(и неъмат) қилгувчидир.
69. Or are you confident that He will not return you to it once again, and unleash a hurricane against you, and drown you for your ingratitude? Then you will find no helper against Us. 69Ёки сизни у(денгиз)га яна бир марта қайтариб, устингиздан шиддатли шамол юбориб, куфр қилган нарсангиз сабабли ғарқ қилиб юборишидан ва сиз ўзингизга Биздан ўч олувчи топа олмай қолишингиздан хотиржаммисиз?!
89. We have displayed for mankind in this Quran every kind of similitude, but most people insist on denying the truth. 89Батаҳқиқ, ушбу Қуръонда одамларга турли мисолларни баён қилдик. Бас, одамларнинг кўплари куфрдан бошқа нарсадан бош тортдилар.
98. This is their repayment for having blasphemed against Our revelations, and having said, “Shall we, when we have become bones and fragments, be resurrected as a new creation?” 98Ана ўша, Бизнинг оятларимизга куфр келтирганлари ва «Агар суяк ва титилган тупроқ бўлсак ҳам, албатта, янгитдан яратилиб, қайта тирилтирилурмизми?!» деганлари учун жазоларидир.
