125. And who is better in religion than he who submits himself wholly to Allah, and is a doer of good, and follows the faith of Abraham the Monotheist? 126. To Allah belongs what is in the heavens and what is on earth, and Allah encompasses everything. 126Осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳга хосдир ва Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсани ихота қилган зотдир.
127. They ask you for a ruling about women. Say, “Allah gives you a ruling about them, and so does what is stated to you in the Book about widowed women from whom you withhold what is decreed for them, yet you desire to marry them, and about helpless children: that you should treat the orphans fairly.” Whatever good you do, Allah knows it. 127Сендан аёллар ҳақида фатво сўрарлар. Сен: «Аллоҳ сизга улар ҳақида ва китобда тиловат қилинадиган, сиз уларга тайин қилинган нарсани бермай никоҳига рағбат қилганингиз аёллар ҳақида, заифҳол болалар ҳақида ва етимларга адолат қилмоғингиз ҳақида фатво беради», деб айт. 128. If a woman fears maltreatment or desertion from her husband, there is no fault in them if they reconcile their differences, for reconciliation is best. Souls are prone to avarice; yet if you do what is good, and practice piety—Allah is Cognizant of what you do.

128Агар аёл киши ўз эридан нафрат ва юз ўгириш содир бўлишидан қўрқса, икковлари ўзаро сулҳга келишишларида гуноҳ йўқ. Сулҳ яхшидир. Нафслар қизғанишга ҳозирдир. Агар яхшилик ва тақво қилсангиз, албатта, Аллоҳ нима қилаётганингиздан хабардор зотдир.

129. You will not be able to treat women with equal fairness, no matter how much you desire it. But do not be so biased as to leave another suspended. If you make amends, and act righteously—Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

129Агар роса ҳаракат қилсангиз ҳам, хотинлар ўртасида адолатли бўла олмайсизлар. Бир йўла мойил бўлиб кетиб, (баъзисини) муаллақга ўхшатиб қўйманг. Агар ислоҳ ва тақво қилсангиз, албатта. Аллоҳ мағфиратли ва раҳмли зотдир.

131. To Allah belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. We have instructed those who were given the Book before you, and you, to be conscious of Allah. But if you refuse—to Allah belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. Allah is in no need, Praiseworthy. 131Осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳникидир. Батаҳқиқ, Биз сиздан олдин китоб берилганларга ҳам, сизга ҳам: «Аллоҳга тақво қилинглар», деб тавсия қилдик. Агар куфр келтирсангиз, албатта, осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳникидир. Ва Аллоҳ беҳожат ва мақталган зотдир.
135. O you who believe! Stand firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even if against yourselves, or your parents, or your relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah takes care of both. So do not follow your desires, lest you swerve. If you deviate, or turn away—then Allah is Aware of what you do. 135Эй иймон келтирганлар! Адолат ила туринг ҳамда агар ўзингиз, ота­онангиз ва қариндошларингиз зиддига бўлса ҳам, Аллоҳ учун тўғри гувоҳлик берувчи бўлинг. Агар у бой бўлса ҳам, камбағал бўлса ҳам, Аллоҳ унга яқинроқдир. Ҳавои нафсга эргашиб, адолатсизлик қилманг. Агар тилингизни бурсангиз ёки юз ўгириб кетсангиз, албатта, Аллоҳ нима қилаётганингиздан хабардордир.
140. He has revealed to you in the Book that when you hear Allah’s revelations being rejected, or ridiculed, do not sit with them until they engage in some other subject. Otherwise, you would be like them. Allah will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers, into Hell, altogether. 140Батаҳқиқ, сизларга китобда: «Аллоҳнинг оятларига куфр келтирилган ва уларни истеҳзо қилинган чоғда, бошқа гапга ўтмагунларича улар билан ўтирманглар», деб туширди. Агар ўтирсангиз, сиз ҳам уларга ўхшашсиз.Албатта, Аллоҳ мунофиқ ва кофирларнинг барчасини жаҳаннамда жамловчидир.
143. Wavering in between, neither with these, nor with those. Whomever Allah sends astray, you will never find for him a way. 143Улар орада сарсондирлар. На анавиларга қўшила оларлар ва на манавиларга қўшила оларлар. Аллоҳ кимни йўлдан адаштирса, ҳаргиз унга йўл топа олмассан.
145. The hypocrites will be in the lowest level of the Fire, and you will find no helper for them. 145Албатта, мунофиқлар дўзахнинг энг остки қаватидадирлар ва ҳаргиз уларга бир ёрдамчини топа олмассан.

147. What would Allah accomplish by your punishment, if you have given thanks, and have believed? Allah is Appreciative and Cognizant.

147Агар шукр қилсангиз ва иймон келтирсангиз, Аллоҳ сизни азоблаб нима қилади? Аллоҳ шукр қилувчи ва билувчи зотдир.
149. If you let a good deed be shown, or conceal it, or pardon an offense—Allah is Pardoning and Capable. 149Агар яхшиликни ошкора ёки махфий қилсангиз ёки ёмонликни афв этсангиз, албатта, Аллоҳ афвли ва қодир зотдир.
153. The People of the Scripture challenge you to bring down to them a book from the sky. They had asked Moses for something even greater. They said, “Show us Allah plainly.” The thunderbolt struck them for their wickedness. Then they took the calf for worship, even after the clear proofs had come to them. Yet We pardoned that, and We gave Moses a clear authority. 153Аҳли китоблар сендан уларга осмондан китоб тушириб беришингни сўрарлар. Мусодан бундан ҳам катта нарсани сўраганлар–«Бизга Аллоҳни ошкора кўрсат», деганлар. Бас, зулмлари туфайли уларни чақмоқ урди. Сўнгра, уларга очиқ­ойдин баёнотлар келганидан кейин бузоқни худо қилиб олдилар. Бас, биз буни ҳам афв қилдик ва Мусога очиқ­ойдин султон бердик.
160. Due to wrongdoing on the part of the Jews, We forbade them good things that used to be lawful for them; and for deterring many from Allah’s path. 160Яҳудий бўлганларга уларнинг зулми, Аллоҳнинг йўлидан кўп тўсганлари учун ўзларига ҳалол қилинган нарсани ҳаром қилдик.
162. But those among them firmly rooted in knowledge, and the believers, believe in what was revealed to you, and in what was revealed before you; and the observers of prayers, and the givers of charity, and the believers in Allah and the Last Day—upon these We will bestow an immense reward. 162Лекин улардан илмда мустаҳкам бўлганлари ва мўминлари сенга нозил бўлган нарсага ва сендан олдин нозил бўлган нарсага иймон келтирарлар. Хусусан, намозни қоим қилувчилар, закот берувчилар, Аллоҳга ва охират кунига иймон келтирувчилар ҳам. Ана ўшаларга, албатта, улуғ ажр берамиз.
170. O people! The Messenger has come to you with the truth from your Lord, so believe—that is best for you. But if you disbelieve, to Allah belongs everything in the heavens and the earth. Allah is Omniscient and Wise. 170Эй одамлар! Батаҳқиқ, сизларга Роббингиздан ҳақ ила Пайғамбар келди. Бас, иймон келтиринг, ўзингизга яхши бўладир. Агар куфр келтирсангиз, зотан осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Аллоҳникидир. Ва Аллоҳ билувчи ва ҳикматли зотдир.
176. They ask you for a ruling. Say, “Allah gives you a ruling concerning the person who has neither parents nor children.” If a man dies, and leaves no children, and he had a sister, she receives one-half of what he leaves. And he inherits from her if she leaves no children. But if there are two sisters, they receive two-thirds of what he leaves. If the siblings are men and women, the male receives the share of two females.” Allah makes things clear for you, lest you err. Allah is Aware of everything. 176Сендан фатво сўрарлар. Сен: «Аллоҳ сизга калола ҳақида фатво берадир», деб айт. Агар бир одам ўлса­ю,унинг боласи бўлмаса, синглиси бўлса, унга марҳумдан қолганнинг ярми берилади. Агар сингилнинг боласи бўлмаса, у ҳамма меросни олади. Агар сингил иккита бўлса, улар марҳумдан қолганнинг учдан иккисини оларлар. Агар (меросхўрлар)эркак­аёл биродарлар бўлсалар, бир эркак икки аёл ҳиссаси асосида оладилар. Адашмаслигингиз учун Аллоҳ баён қилмоқда. Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсани билувчи зотдир.

1. O you who believe! Fulfill your commitments. Livestock animals are permitted for you, except those specified to you; but not wild game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Allah decrees whatever He wills.

1Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аҳдномаларга вафо қилинг! Сизга, кейин тиловат қилинадиганларидан бошқа, чорва ҳайвонлари ҳалол қилинди, эҳромдалик вақтингизда овни ҳалол санамаган ҳолингизда. Албатта, Аллоҳ нимани ирода этса, шуни ҳукм қиладир.

2. O you who believe! Do not violate Allah’s sacraments, nor the Sacred Month, nor the offerings, nor the garlanded, nor those heading for the Sacred House seeking blessings from their Lord and approval. When you have left the pilgrim sanctity, you may hunt. And let not the hatred of people who barred you from the Sacred Mosque incite you to aggression. And cooperate with one another in virtuous conduct and conscience, and do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility. And fear Allah. Allah is severe in punishment. 2Эй иймон келтирганлар! Аллоҳнинг дини аломатларини, ҳаром ойни, аталган қурбонликни, осилган белгиларни ва Роббиларидан фазл ва розилик тилаб Байтул Ҳаромни қасд қилиб чиққанларни ўзингизга ҳалол ҳисобламанг. Эҳромдан чиқиб ҳалол бўлсангиз, ов қилсангиз, майли. Масжидул Ҳаромдан тўсгани учун бир қавмни ёмон кўришингиз уларга тажовузкор бўлишингизга олиб бормасин. Яхшилик ва тақво йўлида ҳамкорлик қилинг. Гуноҳ ва душманлик йўлида ҳамкорлик қилманг. Аллоҳга тақво қилинг. Албатта, Аллоҳ иқоби шиддатли зотдир.
