Since your nation’s declaration of independence in 1991, Uzbekistan has made remarkable strides in its pursuit of economic development, social progress, and regional stability. 

1991 йилда мамлакатингиз мустақиллиги эълон қилинганидан буён Ўзбекистон иқтисодий ривожланиш, ижтимоий тараққиёт ва минтақавий барқарорлик йўлида салмоқли ютуқларга эришди. 

The United States looks forward to strengthening these existing ties and to exploring new opportunities for cooperation. And we wish you joyous celebrations as you honor your independence.
