In this paper, 35XGSL low-alloy steel alloys reduce non-metallic inclusions and gaseous pores, increasing the mechanical properties, in addition economically inexpensive energy and resource-saving technologies for the development of high-quality castings using new innovative casting technologies.

This article addresses issues related to the development of the anticorrosion materials composition from organomineral heterocomposites for use in structures for the storage and transportation of various aggressive liquids. Based on the study of the composition of associated water, taking into account the influence of mechanical impurities, the phenomena occurring on the surface of the metal were studied and the optimal composition was selected, the use of which will increase the service life.

This article is devoted to the development of a methodology for calculating the energy balance for a crucible induction furnace in order to determine external and internal factors to study and obtain a rational thickness of the refractory lining of the furnace. As a result, this increases the number of melts, which will lead to more stable operation of the furnace itself and an increase in metal productivity.

The Publication “Citizens’ Budget: 2024 Draft” has been prepared within the framework of implementation of the joint Project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Financing for Sustainable Development in Uzbekistan”.

Expenditures of the State Budget for 2024 are planned to amount to 312,921 billion UZS, or 24.0% of GDP (in 2023, the expenditures of 282,133 billion UZS, or 26.6% of GDP, are expected). In order to promote economic growth, expenditures for implementation of sectoral development programs will be increased.

1. Introduction of the health insurance system including:
- transition to “per treated case” financing system;
- development and implementation of tariffs for medical services to be provided to patients on a preferential basis, based on orders (referrals);
- granting to the heads of medical institutions the right to independently determine a salary for the staff and employees.
