95. O you who believe! do not kill game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Whoever of you kills any intentionally, its penalty shall be a domestic animal comparable to what he killed, as determined by two honest persons among you—an offering delivered to the Kaabah. Or he may atone by feeding the needy, or its equivalent in fasting, so that he may taste the consequences of his conduct. Allah forgives what is past. But whoever repeats, Allah will take revenge on him. Allah is Almighty, Avenger.

95Эй иймон келтирганлар! Эҳромдалик ҳолингизда овни ўлдирманг. Сиздан ким уни қасддан ўлдирса, жазоси сиздан икки одил киши ҳукмига мувофиқ чорва ҳайвонларидан у(ов)га тенг келадиганини ҳадий қилиб Каъбага етказишдир. Ёхуд унинг каффорати мискинларга таом бериш ёки шу баробарида, ўз қилмишининг ёмон оқибатини татиб кўрсин учун, рўза тутишдир. Ўтганларини Аллоҳ авф қилди. Ким қайтарса, Аллоҳ ундан интиқом оладир. Зотан, Аллоҳ азиз, интиқом эгасидир.

97. Allah has appointed the Kaabah, the Sacred House, a sanctuary for the people, and the Sacred Month, and the offerings, and the garlanded. That you may know that Allah knows everything in the heavens and the earth, and that Allah is Cognizant of all things. 97Аллоҳ Каъбани–Байтул Ҳаромни, ҳаром ойни, ҳадийни ва осиладиган белгиларни одамлар учун асос қилиб қўйди. Бу эса, Аллоҳ албатта осмонлару ердаги нарсаларни билишини ва албатта Аллоҳ ҳар бир нарсани билувчи зот эканини билишингиз учундир.

108. That makes it more likely that they will give true testimony, fearing that their oaths might be contradicted by subsequent oaths. So fear Allah, and listen. Allah does not guide the disobedient people.

108Ана шундай қилмоқлик, гувоҳликни ҳаққоний адо этишларига ёки қасамларидан сўнг раддия қасам бўлишидан қўрқишларига яқинроқдир. Аллоҳга тақво қилинглар ва қулоқ осинглар. Аллоҳ фосиқ қавмларни ҳидоят қилмас.

109. On the Day when Allah will gather the messengers, then say, “What response were you given?” They will say, “We have no knowledge; it is You Who are the Knower of the unseen.” 109Аллоҳ Пайғамбарларни жамлаган кунда: «Сизга қандай жавоб қилинди?» деб сўрайдир. Улар: «Биз билмайсмиз, албатта, Сенинг Ўзинггина ғайбларни яхши билгувчисан», дерлар.
113. They said, “We wish to eat from it, so that our hearts may be reassured, and know that you have told us the truth, and be among those who witness it.” 113Улар: «Ундан емоқни, қалбларимиз таскин топмоғини, бизга рост гапирганингни билмоқни ва бунга гувоҳ бўлмоқни истаймиз», дедилар.

115. Allah said, “I will send it down to you. But whoever among you disbelieves thereafter, I will punish him with a punishment the like of which I never punish any other being.”

115Аллоҳ: «Мен, албатта, уни сизларга туширгувчиман. Бас, бундан кейин сизлардан ким куфр келтирса, уни оламларда ҳеч кимни азобламаган азоб ила азоблагайман», деди.

119. Allah will say, “This is a Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness.” They will have Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will remain forever. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. That is the great attainment.

119Аллоҳ: «Бу кун ростгўйларга ростгўйликлари манфаат берадиган кун. Уларга остидан сувлар оқиб турган жаннатлар бор, унда абадий­боқий бўлурлар. Аллоҳ улардан рози бўлди. Улар Аллоҳдан рози бўлди. Бу эса улуғ ютуқдир» деди.

ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES СОЛИҚЛАРНИ УНДИРИШДА КЎМАКЛАШИШ
1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article. 1. Аҳдлашувчи Давлатлар солиқ даъволарини ундиришда бир-бйрларига ёрдам кўрсатадилар. Ушбу ёрдам 1 ва 2-модда қоидалари билан чекланмайди. Ахдлашувчи Давлатларнинг ваколатли органлари мазкур моддани қўллаш усулини ўзаро келишув йўли билан белгилайдилар.
2. The term «revenue claim» as used in this Article means an amount owed in respect of taxes of every kind and description imposed on behalf of the Contracting States, or of their local authorities, insofar as the taxation thereunder is not contrary to this Convention or any other instrument to which the Contracting States are parties, as well as interest, administrative penalties and costs of collection or conservancy related to such amount. 2. 3. When a revenue claim of a Contracting State is enforceable under the laws of that State and is owed by a person who, at that time, cannot, under the laws of that State, prevent its collection, that revenue claim shall, at the request of the competent authority of that State, be accepted for purposes of collection by the competent authority of the other Contracting State. That revenue claim shall be collected by that other State in accordance with the provisions of its laws applicable to the enforcement and collection of its own taxes as if the revenue claim were a revenue claim of that other State. 3. 4. When a revenue claim of a Contracting State is a claim in respect of which that State may, under its law, take measures of conservancy with a view to ensure its collection, that revenue claim shall, at the request of the competent authority of that State, be accepted for purposes of taking measures of conservancy by the competent authority of the other Contracting State. That other State shall take measures of conservancy in respect of that revenue claim in accordance with the provisions of its laws as if the revenue claim were a revenue claim of that other State even if, at the time when such measures are applied, the revenue claim is not enforceable in the first-mentioned State or is owed by a person who has a right to prevent its collection. 4. Агар Аҳдлашувчи Давлатнинг солиқ даъвоси уни ундириш учун ушбу Давлат қонунчилигига мувофиқ ундиришни таъминлаш чораларини кўришни тақозо қиладиган мажбурият ҳисобланса, бундай солиқ даъвоси ушбу Давлат ваколатли органининг сўровномаси билан бошқа Ахдлашувчи Давлат ваколатли органи томонидан таъминлаш чораларини кўриш мақсадида қабул қилиниши лозим.
