| All arbitrators shall be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, reliability, and sound judgment, and shall have specialized knowledge or experience in law, international trade or other matters relating to this Agreement or in the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements. ARTICLE 21 Fulfillment of Obligations |

| (b) "classified” refers to the classification of a product or material under a particular heading; | (b) «таснифланган» маълум бир сарлавҳа остида маҳсулот ёки материалнинг таснифини англатади; |
