The article presents a diagram of a modernized design of a belt conveyor with composite guide rollers with elastic elements. A complex experimental technique is given, the patterns of changes in torques and angular velocities of the belt conveyor drums are obtained, and the patterns of vibrations of the outer sleeve of the composite rollers of the conveyor guide are determined. Based on the analysis of the constructed profile substitutions, their recommended values are determined, which provide high performance with minimal values of the friction force.

The article studies the design and principles of operation of wet dust collectors widely used in industry, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and also develops a new design of cone-mesh wet dust collectors. As a result of the theoretical studies carried out, equations were derived that calculate the total pressure lost during the transfer of dusty air into the device and the dispersion of liquid from the nozzle. Depending on the total pressure supplied to the device by dusty gases and liquids, it is possible to determine the efficiency of cleaning dusty air.

The scientific article studies the chemical composition and properties of steel, microstructure, hardness and microhardness of surface hardening of cast steel samples and parts obtained by casting in earthen forms. The results of step-by-step measurement of the hardness of cast samples before and after thermal hardening treatment of hardening with subsequent release are given. It is proved that the optimal modes of heat treatment increases the abrasive wear resistance and durability of parts by 2-3 times.

This paper presents the results of experimental studies using three different versions of the disc of a pneumatic sowing apparatus in order to study the effect of INFLUENCE OF THE sowing apparatus disk cells shape on vacuum suction force. On the basis of experimental data, an analysis of empirical formulas and constructed graphs on the change in the vacuum suction force depending on the shape of the disc cells of the sowing apparatus is presented.

In this article spline-method of recycling of experimental information is described. The recycled results of information in analytical and table order are mode by means of this method. According to the error ness of the usage of methods the spline-method is three times more exact than the existing traditional methods.

The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations based on a generalization of a wide range of experiments on the use of modern laboratory complexes. It summarizes the sources of previously used data, results, and contextual variables, as well as papers on the effectiveness of modern laboratory use. Since working conditions and the state of labor protection depend on the development of economic and social infrastructure, the problems of maintaining the health of workers, reducing the level of occupational diseases in the workplace are inextricably linked with the solution of socio-economic problems. Our experience shows that technological factors (ease of use, speed of use and maintenance), organizational factors (variety of methods to support the prevention of occupational diseases, creation of favorable working conditions) and the environment - environmental factors, relevant factors (user attitude) and influencing factors (training experience, learning effectiveness and activity level) influence their mastery.
