1. Where the subject matter of this Convention is within the self-governing powers of any non-metropolitan territory, the Member responsible for the international relations of that territory may, in agreement with the Government of the territory, communicate to the Director-General of the International Labour Office a declaration accepting on behalf of the territory the obligations of this Convention. 1. Ушбу Конвенцияда назарда тутилган масалалар ҳар қандай метрополиядан ташқаридаги автоном ҳокимиятларга тегишли бўлганда, шундай ҳудуднинг халқаро муносабатлари учун жавобгар бўлган Ташкилот аъзоси, шу ҳудуднинг ҳукумати билан келишиб, Халқаро Меҳнат Бюросининг Бош директорига шу ҳудуд номидан мазкур Конвенция мажбуриятларини қабул қилиш тўғрисидаги декларацияни юбориши мумкин.
3. Thereafter, this Convention shall come into force for any Member twelve months after the date on which its ratification has been registered. 3. Кейинчалик ушбу Конвенция Ташкилотнинг ҳар бир аъзоси учун унинг ратификация қилиш тўғрисидаги ҳужжати рўйхатга олинган санадан кейин ўн икки ой ўтгач кучга киради.
2. Each Member which has ratified this Convention and which does not, within the year following the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the preceding paragraph, exercise the right of denunciation provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under the terms provided for in this Article. 2. Ушбу Конвенцияни ратификация қилган Ташкилотнинг ҳар бир аъзоси, юқоридаги бандда қайд этилган, ўн йиллик муддат ўтганидан кейин, бир йил ичида мазкур моддада кўзда тутилган денонсация ҳуқуқидан фойдаланмаган бўлса, навбатдаги ўн йиллик муддатни кутишга мажбур бўлади ва шунга мувофиқ, у мазкур модда шартларига биноан ушбу Конвенцияни ҳар, ўн йиллик муддат тугаши билан денонсация қилиши мумкин бўлади.

The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively to as the “Parties”,

12. Say, “To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth?” Say, “To Allah.” He has inscribed for Himself mercy. He will gather you to the Day of Resurrection, in which there is no doubt. Those who lost their souls do not believe. 12Сен:«Осмонлар ва ердаги нарсалар кимники?» деб айт! «Аллоҳники», деб айт! У Ўзига Ўзи раҳматни ёзиб қўйган. Сизларни бўлишида шубҳа йўқ қиёмат куни албатта жамлайдир. Ўзига ўзи зиён келтирувчиларгина, ўшаларгина иймон келтирмаслар.
19. Say, “What thing is more solemn in testimony?” Say, “Allah is Witness between you and me. This Quran was revealed to me, that I may warn you with it, and whomever it may reach. Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with Allah?” Say, “I myself do not testify.” Say, “He is but One God, and I am innocent of your idolatry.” 19Сен:«Қайси нарса энг катта гувоҳликдир», деб айт. «Аллоҳ», деб айт. У мен билан сизларнинг ўртангизда гувоҳдир. Менга ушбу Қуръонни, унинг ила сизларни ва у етиб борганларни огоҳлантиришим учун ваҳий қилинди. Сизлар «Аллоҳ билан бирга, албатта, бошқа худолар бор», деб гувоҳлик берасизларми? «Мен гувоҳлик бермайман», деб айт. «Албатта, У битта илоҳдир ва мен сиз келтираётган ширкдан покдирман», деб айт.
22. On the Day when We gather them all together, then say to the idolaters, “Where are your idols, those you used to claim?” 22Ҳаммаларини жамлайдиган, сўнгра ширк келтирганларга: «Сиз худо деб гумон қилган шерикларингиз қани?» деб айтадиганимиз кунни эсла.
29. And they say, “There is nothing but our life in this world, and we will not be resurrected.” 29Улар: «Ҳаёт–бу дунё ҳаёти, холос, биз қайта тирилтилмасмиз», дедилар.
32. The life of this world is nothing but game and distraction, but the Home of the Hereafter is better for those who are righteous. Do you not understand? 32Бу дунё ҳаёти ўйин­кулгудан ўзга ҳеч нарса эмас. Тақво қилувчилар учун охират ҳовлиси яхшироқдир. Ақл юритмайсизларми?
34. Other messengers before you were rejected, but they endured rejection and persecution until Our help came to them. There can be no change to Allah’s words. News of the Messengers has already reached you. 34Сендан олдин ҳам Пайғамбарлар ёлғончига чиқарилганлар. Бас, улар то нусрат келгунча ёлғончига чиқарилганларига ва берилган озорларга сабр қилганлар. Аллоҳнинг сўзларини ўзгартирувчи йўқ. Батаҳқиқ, сенга Пайғамбарларнинг хабари келган.
35. If you find their rejection hard to bear, then if you can, seek a tunnel into the earth, or a stairway into the heaven, and bring them a sign. Had Allah willed, He could have gathered them to guidance. So do not be of the ignorant. 35Агар сенга уларнинг юз ўгиришлари оғир ботаётган бўлса, қодир бўлсанг, ер остидан йўл қилиб ёки осмонга нарвон қўйиб, уларга оят­мўъжиза келтир. Аллоҳ хоҳлаганида, уларни ҳидоятга жамларди. Ҳаргиз жоҳиллардан бўлма.
38. There is no animal on land, nor a bird flying with its wings, but are communities like you. We neglected nothing in the Scripture. Then to their Lord they will be gathered. 38Ер юзидаги юрувчи ҳар бир жонзот ва икки қаноти ила учувчи қуш борки, ҳаммаси сиз каби умматлардир. Китобга ҳеч нарсани қўймай ёзганмиз. Сўнгра Роббиларига жамланурлар.
51. And warn with it those who fear to be gathered before their Lord—they have no protector or intercessor apart from Him—perhaps they will grow in piety. 51У билан Роббиларига тўпланишдан қўрқадиганларни огоҳлантир. Уларга Ундан ўзга валий ҳам, шафоатчи ҳам йўқ. Шоядки тақводор бўлсалар.
59. With Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except He. And He knows everything on land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but He knows it; and there is not a single grain in the darkness of earth, nor is there anything wet or dry, but is in a clear record. 59Ғайбнинг калитлари Унинг ҳузурида бўлиб, Уларни унинг Ўзидан бошқа ҳеч ким билмас. У ердаги, қуруқлик ва денгиздаги нарсаларни биладир. Битта япроқ узилиб тушмайдики, магар уни ҳам биладир. Ер тубидаги бир дона дон борми, ҳўлу қуруқ борми, барчаси очиқ китобда бордир.
72. “And to perform the prayers, and to revere Him; it is to Him that you will be gathered.” 72Намозни қоим қилинг ва Аллоҳга тақво қилинг! У сизлар ҳузурига тўпланадиган зотдир.
92. This too is a Scripture that We revealed—blessed—verifying what preceded it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities and all around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and are dedicated to their prayers. 92Бу, Биз туширган китоб муборакдир, ўзидан олдингини тасдиқловчидир. Уммул Қуро ( шаҳарлар онаси )ва унинг атрофини огоҳлантиришинг учундир. Охиратга иймон келтирганлар унга иймон келтирарлар. Ва улар намозларини муҳофаза қиларлар.
102. Such is Allah, your Lord. There is no god except He, the Creator of all things; so worship Him. He is responsible for everything. 102Ана ўша Аллоҳ сизнинг Роббингиздир. Ундан бошқа ибодатга сазовор зот йўқ. У ҳар бир нарсанинг Яратгувчисидир. Бас, Унга ибодат қилинг. У ҳар бир нарсага вакилдир!
106. Follow what was revealed to you from your Lord. There is no god but He. And turn away from the polytheists. 106Сенга Роббингдан ваҳий қилинган нарсага эргаш. Ундан бошқа ибодатга сазовор зот йўқ. Мушриклардан юз ўгир.
111. Even if We sent down the angels to them, and the dead spoke to them, and We gathered all things before them, they still would not believe, unless Allah wills; but most of them are ignorant. 111Агар Биз уларга фаришталарни туширсак ҳам, уларга ўликлар гапирса ҳам ва уларнинг олдига ҳамма нарсани очиқ­ойдин тўпласак ҳам, Аллоҳ хоҳламаса, иймон келтирмаслар. Лекин кўплари жоҳилдирлар.
113. So that the hearts of those who do not believe in the Hereafter may incline to it, and be content with it, and that they may perpetrate whatever they perpetrate. 113Унга (гапнинг гўзалига) охиратга иймон келтирмайдиганларнинг қалби мойил бўлиши, ундан рози бўлиб, қиладиган гуноҳларини бажаришлари учундир.
