The International Court of Justice shall be the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. It shall function in accordance with the annexed Statute, which is based upon the Statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice and forms an integral part of the present Charter.

The Secretary-General shall act in that capacity in all meetings of the General Assembly, of the Security Council, of the Economic and Social Council, and of the Trusteeship Council, and shall perform such other functions as are entrusted to him by these organs. The Secretary-General shall make an annual report to the General Assembly on the work of the Organization.

The Organization shall enjoy in the territory of each of its Members such legal capacity as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes.

| The State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Fund) shall be replenished by: | Ўзбекистон Республикаси Қимматбаҳо металлар ва қимматбаҳо тошлар давлат фонди (бундан буён матнда Давлат фонди деб юритилади) қуйидагилар ҳисобига тўлдирилади: |
| precious metals and precious stones credited to the State Fund on other grounds established by legislation. | қонунчиликда белгиланган бошқа асослар бўйича Давлат фондига ўтказиладиган қимматбаҳо металлар ва қимматбаҳо тошлар. |
| Precious metals and precious stones credited to the State Fund shall be state property. | Давлат фондига ўтказилган қимматбаҳо металлар ва қимматбаҳо тошлар давлат мулки ҳисобланади. |
