On behalf of the United Nations Country Team in Uzbekistan, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to our national and international partners and people of Uzbekistan on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining O‘zbekistondagi jamoasi nomidan  milliy va xalqaro hamkorlarimizni hamda O‘zbekiston xalqini Ramazon hayiti munosabati bilan samimiy tabriklarimni yo‘llayman.

5. Before them the people of Noah rejected the truth, as did the confederates after them. Every community plotted against their messenger, to capture him. And they argued with falsehood, to defeat with it the truth. But I seized them. What a punishment it was! 5Улардан олдин Нуҳ қавми ва улар кетидан келган фирқалар ҳам ёлғончи қилган эдилар. Ҳар уммат ўз Пайғамбарини тутишга қасд қилди ва ҳақни йўқотиш учун ботил ила мужодала этди. Бас, Мен уларни тутдим. Бас, Менинг иқобим қандай бўлди! 
11. They will say, “Our Lord, you made us die twice, and twice you gave us life. Now we acknowledge our sins. Is there any way out?” 11Улар: «Эй Роббимиз, Сен бизни икки марта ўлдирдинг, икки марта тирилтирдинг. Бас, биз гуноҳларимизни эътироф этдик. Энди чиқишнинг бирон йўли борми?» дедилар. 
12. That is because when God alone was called upon, you disbelieved; but when others were associated with Him, you believed. Judgment rests with God the Sublime, the Majestic. 12Бундай бўлишингиз Аллоҳнинг ёлғиз Ўзига даъват қилинганида, куфр келтирганингиз, Унга ширк келтирилса, иймон келтирганингиз учундир. Бас, ҳукм олий ва улуғ Аллоҳникидир. 
15. Exalted in rank, Owner of the Throne. He conveys the Spirit, by His command, upon whomever He wills of His servants, to warn of the Day of Encounter. 15У даражаси юксак, Арш эгаси бўлган зотдир. У Ўз амри ила бандаларидан кимни хоҳласа, ўшанга мулоқот кунидан огоҳлантириши учун руҳни туширур.  
18. And warn them of the Day of Imminence, when the hearts are at the throats, choking them. The evildoers will have no intimate friend, and no intercessor to be obeyed. 18Сен уларни яқинлашгувчи кундан огоҳлантир. Ўшанда жонлар халқумга келиб, ғам­ғуссага тўлиб турарлар. Золимлар учун ҳеч бир дўст ҳам, итоат қилинадиган шафоатчи ҳам йўқ. 
31. Like the fate of the people of Noah, and Aad, and Thamood, and those after them. God wants no injustice for the servants. 31Нуҳ қавми, Од, Самуд ва улардан кейингилар ҳолига ўхшаш ҳол бўлишидан қўрқаман. Аллоҳ бандаларга зулмни ирода қилмас. 
36. And Pharaoh said, “O Hamaan, build me a tower, that I may reach the pathways. 36Фиръавн деди: «Эй Ҳомон, менга бир баланд қаср бино қил, шояд сабабларга етсам. 
37. The pathways of the heavens, so that I may glance at the God of Moses; though I think he is lying.” Thus Pharaoh’s evil deeds were made to appear good to him, and he was averted from the path. Pharaoh's guile was only in defeat. 37Осмонларнинг сабабларига етсам, сўнгра Мусонинг Илоҳига боқсам. Албатта, мен уни ёлғончи деб гумон қилмоқдаман». Шундай қилиб, Фиръавнга унинг ёмон амали зийнатланди ва у йўлдан тўсилди. Фиръавннинг макр­ҳийласи зиёнкорликдан бошқа нарса эмас. 
50. They will say, “Did not your messengers come to you with clear signs?” They will say, “Yes.” They will say, “Then pray, but the prayers of the disbelievers will always be in vain.” 50Улар: «Сизга Пайғамбарларингиз очиқ­ойдин ҳужжатлар билан келмаган эдиларми?!» дедилар. Булар: «Ҳа», дейишди. Улар: «Бас, дуо қилаверинглар. Кофирларнинг дуоси залолатдан бошқа нарса эмас», дедилар. 
61. It is God Who made the night for you, that you may rest therein; and the day allowing sight. God is gracious towards the people, but most people do not give thanks. 61Аллоҳ сизга сукунат топишингиз учун кечани, кўрсатувчи этиб кундузни қилиб берган зотдир. Албатта, Аллоҳ одамларга нисбатан фазлу карам соҳибидир. Лекин одамларнинг кўплари билмаслар. 
62. Such is God, your Lord, Creator of all things. There is no god except Him; so how could you turn away? 62Ана ўша Аллоҳ–Роббингиздир. У ҳар бир нарсанинг яратгувчисидир. Ундан ўзга ибодатга сазовор зот йўқ. Бас, қаёққа бурилиб кетмоқдасиз?! 
63. Thus are turned away those who dispute the signs of God. 63Аллоҳнинг оятларини инкор қиладиганлар ана шундай бурилиб кетурлар. 
66. Say, “I was prohibited from worshiping those you invoke besides God, now that clear revelations have come to me from my Lord; and I was commanded to submit to the Lord of the Worlds.” 66Сен: «Албатта, мен ўзимга Роббимдан очиқ­ойдин ҳужжатлар келган пайтда сиз илтижо этаётган нарсаларга ибодат қилишдан қайтарилганман ва оламларнинг Роббига таслим бўлишга амр этилдим», деб айт. 
72. Into the boiling water, then in the Fire they will be consumed. 72Ўта қайноқ сувга. Сўнгра оловда куйдирилурлар. 

85. But their faith could not help them once they witnessed Our might. This has been God’s way of dealing with His servants. And there and then the disbelievers lost.

85Бизнинг азобимизни кўрганларидаги иймонлари уларга манфаат бера олмас эди. Аллоҳнинг бандаларига жорий бўлиб келган суннати шу. Ана ўшанда кофирлар зиён кўрдилар.
4. Bringing good news, and giving warnings. But most of them turn away, so they do not listen. 4Хушхабар бергувчи ва огоҳлантиргувчи бўлган ҳолидадир. Бас, кўплари ундан юз ўгирдилар. Энди улар эшитмаслар.
5. And they say, “Our hearts are screened from what you call us to, and in our ears is deafness, and between us and you is a barrier. So do what you want, and so will we.” 5Улар: «Қалбларимиз сен даъват қилаётган нарсадан ғилофлардадир, қулоқларимизда оғирлик бор, сен билан бизнинг орамизда эса, парда бор. Бас, сен амалингни қилавер, биз ҳам, албатта, ўз амалимизни қилгувчилармиз», дедилар.
6. Say, “I am only a human like you; it is inspired in me that your God is One God. So be upright towards Him, and seek forgiveness from Him.” And woe to the idolaters. 6Сен: «Мен ҳам сизга ўхшар башарман, холос. Менга, албатта, илоҳингиз ягона илоҳдир, дея ваҳий қилинур. Бас, Унинг Ўзигагина тўғри юзланинг ва Унга истиғфор айтинг. Мушриклар ҳолига вой бўлсин.
8. As for those who believe and do righteous deeds—for them is a reward uninterrupted. 8Албатта, иймон келтириб, солиҳ амалларни қилганларга битмас­туганмас ажрлар бор», деб айт.
