If such a conference has not been held before the tenth annual session of the General Assembly following the coming into force of the present Charter, the proposal to call such a conference shall be placed on the agenda of that session of the General Assembly, and the conference shall be held if so decided by a majority vote of the members of the General Assembly and by a vote of any seven members of the Security Council.

 3. Агар шундай Конференция ушбу Низом кучга кирган кундан бошлаб ҳисоблаганда Бош Ассамблеянинг ўнинчи йиллик сессиясигача бўлиб ўтмаса, шундай Конференция чақириш тўғрисидаги таклиф Бош Ассамблеянинг шу сессияси кун тартибига киритилади ва Бош Ассамблея Аъзоларининг оддий кўпчилиги овози билан ва Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг исталган етти аъзоси овози билан Конференция чақирилади.
The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

 1. Ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлар уни ўзларининг конституциявий тартиботларига мувофиқ ратификация қилишлари керак.
The ratifications shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of America, which shall notify all the signatory states of each deposit as well as the Secretary-General of the Organization when he has been appointed.

 2. Ратификация ёрлиқлари сақлаш учун Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ҳукуматига топширилиши лозим, у ҳар бир ёрлиқнинг сақлаш учун топширилганини Низомни имзолаган барча давлатларга, шунингдек, Ташкилотнинг Бош Котиби тайинлангач, унга маълум қилади.
The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

 3. Ушбу Низом Хитой Халқ Республикаси, Франция, Совет Социалистик Республикалар Иттифоқи, Буюк Британия ва Шимолий Ирландия Қўшма Қироллиги ва Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ва Низомни имзолаган бошқа кўпчилик давлатлар ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширгандан кейин кучга киради. Сўнгра Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ҳукумати ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширилганлиги ҳақида протоcол тузади, бу протоколнинг нусхалари Низомни имзолаган барча давлатларга юборилади.
The states signatory to the present Charter which ratify it after it has come into force will become original Members of the United Nations on the date of the deposit of their respective ratifications.

The present Charter, of which the Chinese, French, Russian, English, and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall remain deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America. Duly certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by that Government to the Governments of the other signatory states.

 Хитойча, французча, русча, инглизча ва испанча матнлари бир хил кучга эга бўлган ушбу Низом Америcа Қўшма Штатлари Ҳукуматининг архивида сақланади. Бу ҳукумат Низомнинг тегишлича муҳр босилган нусхаларини уни имзолаган бошқа давлатларнинг ҳукуматларига юборади.
In Faith Whereof the representatives of the Governments of the United Nations have signed the present Charter. DONE at the city of San Francisco the twenty-sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five. 26. Those before them also schemed, but God took their structures from the foundations, and the roof caved in on them. The punishment came at them from where they did not perceive. 26Батаҳқиқ, улардан олдингилар ҳам макр қилганлар. Бас, Аллоҳ биноларини пойдеворидан йиқитди. Шифт уларнинг устига қулаб тушди. 32. Those who are in a wholesome state when the angels take them—will say, “Peace be upon you; enter Paradise, for what you used to do.” 32Фаришталар уларнинг жонларини пок ҳолларида ола туриб: «Сизларга салом бўлсин. Қилиб юрган ишларингиз туфайли жаннатга киринг», дерлар.
35. The idolaters say, “Had God willed, we would not have worshiped anything besides Him, neither us, nor our ancestors, nor would we have prohibited anything besides His prohibitions.” Those before them did likewise. Are the messengers responsible for anything but clear communication? 35Ширк келтирганлар: «Агар Аллоҳ хоҳлаганида, биз ҳам, ота­боболаримиз ҳам Ундан ўзга ҳеч нарсага ибодат қилмас эдик ҳамда Унинг ҳукмисиз бирон нарсани ҳаром қилмаган бўлар эдик», дедилар. Улардан олдингилар ҳам шундай қилганлар. Пайғамбарлар зиммасида фақат очиқ­ойдин етказиш бор, холос.

38. And they swear by God with their most solemn oaths, “God will not resurrect anyone who dies.” Yes indeed, it is a promise binding on Him, but most people do not know.

38Улар жон­жаҳдлари билан: «Аллоҳ ўлганларни қайта тирилтирмас», деб Аллоҳ номи ила қасам ичдилар. Йўқ! Бу, У зотнинг зиммасидаги ҳақ ваъдадир. Лекин одамларнинг кўплари билмаслар. 

45. Do those who scheme evils feel secure that God will not cause the earth to cave in with them, or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?

45Макр ила ёмонликлар қилганлар, Аллоҳ уларни ерга ютқазиб юборишидан ёки уларга кутмаган томонларидан азоб келиб қолишидан хотиржам бўлдиларми?!

52. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and the earth; and to Him obedience is due always. Do you, then, fear anyone other than God?

52Осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Уникидир. Дин ҳам бардавом Уникидир. Аллоҳдан ўзгадан қўрқасизларми?

66. And there is a lesson for you in cattle: We give you a drink from their bellies, from between waste and blood, pure milk, refreshing to the drinkers.

66Чорва ҳайвонларида ҳам сиз учун, албатта, ибрат бордир. Биз сизларни уларнинг қорнидан, гўнг ва қон орасидан ичувчилар (томоғи)дан осон ўтувчи соф сут ила суғорамиз.

80. And God has given you in your homes habitats for you, and has provided for you out of the hides of livestock portable homes for you, so you can use them when you travel, and when you camp; and from their wool, and fur, and hair, furnishings and comfort for a while.

80Аллоҳ сизга уйларингизни оромгоҳ қилди. У сизга чорва ҳайвонларининг терисидан кўчадиган ва қўнадиган кунингизда енгил кўтариладиган уйлар қилди. Уларнинг жунлари, юнглари ва қилларидан маълум вақтгача фойда ва мато бўладиган қилди.

81. And God has made for you shade out of what He has created, and has given you resorts in the mountains, and has given you garments to protect you from the heat, and garments to protect you from your violence. Thus He completes His blessings upon you, so that you may submit.

81. Аллоҳ сизга Ўзи яратган нарсалардан соялар қилиб қўйди ва сизга тоғлардан бошпаналар, сизларни иссиқдан сақлайдиган кийимлар ва зарбадан сақлайдиган кийимлар қилиб қўйди. Шундай қилиб, У сизларга Ўз неъматини батамом қилиб берди. Шоядки, мусулмон бўлсангиз.
82. But if they turn away, your only duty is clear communication. 81Аллоҳ сизга Ўзи яратган нарсалардан соялар қилиб қўйди ва сизга тоғлардан бошпаналар, сизларни иссиқдан сақлайдиган кийимлар ва зарбадан сақлайдиган кийимлар қилиб қўйди. Шундай қилиб, У сизларга Ўз неъматини батамом қилиб берди. Шоядки, мусулмон бўлсангиз.
106. Whoever renounces faith in God after having believed—except for someone who is compelled, while his heart rests securely in faith—but whoever willingly opens up his heart to disbelief—upon them falls wrath from God, and for them is a tremendous torment. 106Ким иймондан сўнг Аллоҳга куфр келтирса, қалби иймон ила ором топа туриб зўрланганлар бундан мустасно, ким кўксини куфрга очса, бас, уларга Аллоҳдан ғазаб бор. Уларга улкан азоб бор.
