With the aim of studying the rich heritage of these great personalities and deeply exploring the humanistic essence of Islam, an initiative has been put forward to hold an international conference in Uzbekistan in 2024 on the theme of "Islam: Religion of Peace and Goodness." Шундай буюк олимларнинг бой меросини ўрганиш, исломнинг асл инсонпарварлик моҳиятини чуқур очиб бериш мақсадида 2024 йил Ўзбекистонда “Ислом – тинчлик ва эзгулик дини” мавзусида халқаро конференция ўтказиш ташаббуси илгари сурилди.
It is emphasized that international security is directly linked to the developments in Afghanistan. A new situation has emerged in that country, which requires special approaches. Ignoring, isolating, and imposing sanctions worsen the situation for the ordinary Afghan people. Халқаро хавфсизлик Афғонистондаги жараёнлар билан бевосита боғлиқлиги қайд этилди. Ушбу мамлакатда янги вазият вужудга келган бўлиб, у афғон масаласини ҳал этишда ўзига хос ёндашувларни талаб этмоқда. Инкор қилиш, яккалаб қўйиш ва санкциялар қўллаш оддий афғон халқининг аҳволини янада оғирлаштирмоқда.
"We need a peaceful and stable Afghanistan that participates in regional cooperation processes and is open to mutually beneficial partnerships with its neighbors and other countries," emphasized the head of state. – Бизга тинч ва барқарор, минтақавий ҳамкорлик жараёнларида иштирок этадиган, қўшнилари ва бошқа мамлакатлар билан ўзаро манфаатли шериклик учун очиқ Афғонистон керак, – деди давлатимиз раҳбари.
In conclusion, it is noted that in this pivotal and historical moment, everyone should reflect on the kind of planet we will leave for future generations: "Only through shared aspirations and collective efforts can we achieve enduring peace and prosperity. Now more than ever, we need mutual trust, solidarity, and cooperation." Сўзининг якунида давлатимиз раҳбари барчамиз ҳозирги тарихий туб бурилиш палласида келгуси авлодларга сайёрамизни қандай ҳолда қолдириш ҳақида ўйлашимиз лозимлигини қайд этди: «Мустаҳкам тинчлик ва фаровонликка фақат умумий интилишлар ва биргаликдаги ҳаракатлар билан эришиш мумкин. Бизга ўзаро ишонч, бирдамлик ва ҳамкорлик руҳи ҳар қачонгидан ҳам кўпроқ зарур».
Uzbekistan's readiness to deepen broad and long-term partnerships with United Nations institutions and all countries has been reaffirmed once again. And you see the earth still; but when We send down water on it, it vibrates, and swells, and grows all kinds of lovely pairs. 5Эй одамлар! Агар қайта тирилиш ҳақида шубҳа қиладиган бўлсангиз, бас, Биз сизга баён қилишимиз учун сизларни тупроқдан, сўнгра нутфадан, сўнгра алақадан, сўнгра битган­битмаган бир чайнам гўштдан яратдик. Ва бачадонларда хоҳлаган нарсамизни маълум муддатгача қарор топдирамиз. Кейин сизларни бувак ҳолингизда чиқарамиз. Сўнгра вояга етишингиз учун (тарбия қиламиз). Сиздан вафот қилиб кетадиганлар ҳам, билганидан кейин ҳеч нарсани билмай қоладиган даражада тубан умрга етадиганлар ҳам бор. Ва ерни қақраган ҳолда кўрасан. Қачонки, Биз унга сув туширсак, у сесканар ва кўпчир. Ҳамда ҳар хил гўзал жуфтларни ўстирадир.
8. And among the people is he who argues about God without knowledge, or guidance, or an enlightening scripture. 8Одамлардан Аллоҳ ҳақида билмасдан, ҳидоятга ёки нурли китобга эга бўлмасдан туриб тортишадиганлари бор.
9. Turning aside in contempt, to lead away from the path of God. He will have humiliation in this world, and on the Day of Resurrection We will make him taste the agony of burning. 9Аллоҳнинг йўлидан адаштириш учун, бўйнини булқаб (тортишади). Унга дунёда расволик бор. Қиёмат куни унга куйдириш азобини тотдирамиз.
11. And among the people is he who worships God on edge. When something good comes his way, he is content with it. But when an ordeal strikes him, he makes a turnaround. He loses this world and the next. That is the obvious loss. 11Одамлардан Аллоҳга бир томонлама ибодат қиладиганлари ҳам бор. Агар унга яхшилик етса, кўнгли тўлур. Агар унга бало етса, юз ўгириб кетур. У дунёда ҳам, охиратда ҳам зиён кўрур. Ана ўша очиқ­ойдин зиёндир.  
15. Whoever thinks that God will not help him in this life and in the Hereafter—let him turn to heaven, then sever, and see if his cunning eliminates what enrages him. 15Кимки унга бу дунёю охиратда Аллоҳ нусрат беришига шубҳа қилса, бир восита топиб, осмонга осилсин, сўнгра уни кессин. Бас, назар солсин­чи, унинг бу ҳийласи ғам­ғуссани кеткизармикан?!  
28. That they may witness the benefits for themselves, and celebrate the name of God during the appointed days, for providing them with the animal livestock. So eat from it, and feed the unfortunate poor. 27Одамларни ҳажга чақир, улар сен томон пиёда, узоқ­узоқ йўллардан юриб, озиган уловлар устида келсинлар.

Today, December 7, the Palace of International Forums “Uzbekistan” in Tashkent played host to a festive meeting in tribute to the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

“Ўзбекистон” халқаро анжуманлар саройида 7 декабрь куни Ўзбекистон Республикаси Конституцияси қабул қилинганининг 27 йиллигига бағишланган тантанали йиғилиш бўлиб ўтди.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev delivered a speech and congratulated our people on this bright holiday. Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президенти Шавкат Мирзиёев халқимизни ушбу қутлуғ айём билан табриклади.
Determining its own course of development, any nation enshrines the most crucial goals and objectives in its Basic Law. And the Constitution, adopted at the dawn of our country’s independence, reflected the principles of ensuring human rights and interests as well as the political system, consonant with the will and aspirations of our people. Ҳар бир давлат ўз тараққиёт йўлини танлар экан, энг муҳим мақсад ва вазифаларини белгилаб олади. The document secured guarantees for the equality of all citizens of Uzbekistan, regardless of gender, race, religion, ethnic or social origin, and created the foundation for modern democratic development. Therefore, we value, honor, and widely study the Constitution. Бош қомусимиз, жинси, ирқи, миллати, дини, ижтимоий келиб чиқишидан қатъи назар, юртимиз фуқаролари тенглигининг кафолатланишини қайд этди ва замонавий демократик тараққиёт учун замин яратди. In his speech, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev stressed that ensuring the supremacy of the Constitution and laws is the most important criterion for building a democratic state in our country, along with strict and unconditional compliance with the Constitution and laws of the country of the acts adopted by government bodies as well as actions of officials at all levels. Президент Шавкат Мирзиёев бугун ўз нутқида қонун устуворлигини таъминлаш демократик ҳуқуқий давлатнинг бош мезони ҳисобланиши, давлат ҳокимияти ва бошқаруви органлари ишлаб чиқаётган ҳужжатлар, мансабдор шахсларнинг хатти-ҳаракатлари фақат ва фақат Конституция ҳамда қонунларга мувофиқ бўлиши шартлигини алоҳида айтиб ўтди.
The head of our state underscored that in achieving the superiority of the Constitution and laws there is barely a better means than public control. Давлатимиз раҳбари таъкидлаганидек, Конституция ва қонун устуворлигига эришишда жамоатчилик назоратидан кўра самарали восита йўқ.
The President noted the need for the continuation of work to increase legal awareness and legal culture in society, to nurture children in this very spirit from a very young age. Давлатимиз раҳбари жамиятда ҳуқуқий онг ва маданиятни юксалтириш борасидаги ишларни узлуксиз давом эттириш, бу борадаги кўникмаларни фарзандлар тарбиясига болаликдан сингдириш кераклигини таъкидлади.
“Our Constitution should become a real code of living standards and rules for us, fully guaranteeing rights and freedoms, penetrating deeply into the consciousness and heart of every citizen,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev insisted. – Конституциямиз ҳар бир фуқаронинг онги ва қалбидан чуқур жой олган, уларнинг ҳуқуқ ва эркинликларини тўлиқ кафолатлайдиган ҳақиқий ҳаёт қомусига айланмоғи лозим, – деди Шавкат Мирзиёев.
