Except as may be agreed upon in individual trusteeship agreements, made under Articles 77, 79, and 81, placing each territory under the trusteeship system, and until such agreements have been concluded, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed in or of itself to alter in any manner the rights whatsoever of any states or any peoples or the terms of existing international instruments to which Members of the United Nations may respectively be parties.

 1. provide for periodic visits to the respective trust territories at times agreed upon with the administering authority; and

The Trusteeship Council shall formulate a questionnaire on the political, economic, social, and educational advancement of the inhabitants of each trust territory, and the administering authority for each trust territory within the competence of the General Assembly shall make an annual report to the General Assembly upon the basis of such questionnaire.

The International Court of Justice shall be the principal judicial organ of the United Nations. It shall function in accordance with the annexed Statute, which is based upon the Statute of the Permanent Court of International Justice and forms an integral part of the present Charter.

A state which is not a Member of the United Nations may become a party to the Statute of the International Court of Justice on conditions to be determined in each case by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.

 2. Ташкилот Аъзоси бўлмаган давлат, ҳар бир айрим ҳолда Бош Ассамблеянинг Хавфсизлик Кенгаши тавсиясига мувофиқ белгилаб берган шартлари асосида, Халқаро Суд Статутининг қатнашчиси бўла олади.
If any party to a case fails to perform the obligations incumbent upon it under a judgment rendered by the Court, the other party may have recourse to the Security Council, which may, if it deems necessary, make recommendations or decide upon measures to be taken to give effect to the judgment.

 2. Иш юзасидан бирор томон Суд қарори билан ўзига юкланган вазифани бажармаган тақдирда иккинчи томон Хавфсизлик Кенгашига мурожаат қила олади. Хавфсизлик Кенгаши эса, зарур топса, тавсиялар бериши ёки қарорни ижро этиш учун чоралар кўриш масаласини ҳал этиши мумкин.
The Secretariat shall comprise a Secretary-General and such staff as the Organization may require. The Secretary-General shall be appointed by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council. He shall be the chief administrative officer of the Organization.

The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit of ratifications by the Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America, and by a majority of the other signatory states. A protocol of the ratifications deposited shall thereupon be drawn up by the Government of the United States of America which shall communicate copies thereof to all the signatory states.

 3. Ушбу Низом Хитой Халқ Республикаси, Франция, Совет Социалистик Республикалар Иттифоқи, Буюк Британия ва Шимолий Ирландия Қўшма Қироллиги ва Америcа Қўшма Штатлари ва Низомни имзолаган бошқа кўпчилик давлатлар ратификация ёрлиқларини сақлашга топширгандан кейин кучга киради. 32. Those who are in a wholesome state when the angels take them—will say, “Peace be upon you; enter Paradise, for what you used to do.” 32Фаришталар уларнинг жонларини пок ҳолларида ола туриб: «Сизларга салом бўлсин. Қилиб юрган ишларингиз туфайли жаннатга киринг», дерлар.

45. Do those who scheme evils feel secure that God will not cause the earth to cave in with them, or that the punishment will not come upon them from where they do not perceive?

45Макр ила ёмонликлар қилганлар, Аллоҳ уларни ерга ютқазиб юборишидан ёки уларга кутмаган томонларидан азоб келиб қолишидан хотиржам бўлдиларми?!

61. If God were to hold mankind for their injustices, He would not leave upon it a single creature, but He postpones them until an appointed time. Then, when their time arrives, they will not delay it by one hour, nor will they advance it.

61 Агар Аллоҳ одамларни қилган зулмларига биноан тутганида, ер юзида битта ҳам жонзотни қўймас эди. Лекин уларни белгиланган ажалига қўйиб қўюр. Қачонки, ажаллари келса уни бир соат орқага ҳам, олдинга ҳам сура олмаслар.

81. And God has made for you shade out of what He has created, and has given you resorts in the mountains, and has given you garments to protect you from the heat, and garments to protect you from your violence. Thus He completes His blessings upon you, so that you may submit.

81. Аллоҳ сизга Ўзи яратган нарсалардан соялар қилиб қўйди ва сизга тоғлардан бошпаналар, сизларни иссиқдан сақлайдиган кийимлар ва зарбадан сақлайдиган кийимлар қилиб қўйди. Шундай қилиб, У сизларга Ўз неъматини батамом қилиб берди. Шоядки, мусулмон бўлсангиз.
106. Whoever renounces faith in God after having believed—except for someone who is compelled, while his heart rests securely in faith—but whoever willingly opens up his heart to disbelief—upon them falls wrath from God, and for them is a tremendous torment. 106Ким иймондан сўнг Аллоҳга куфр келтирса, қалби иймон ила ором топа туриб зўрланганлар бундан мустасно, ким кўксини куфрга очса, бас, уларга Аллоҳдан ғазаб бор. 56. Say, “Call upon those you claim besides Him. They have no power to relieve your adversity, nor can they change it.” 56Сен: «Ундан ўзга ўзингизча гумон қилганларингизни чақиринг. Бас, улар сиздан зарарни кушойиш қила олишга ёки буриб юборишга молик эмаслар», деб айт.
57. Those they call upon are themselves seeking means of access to their Lord, vying to be nearer, and hoping for His mercy, and fearing His punishment. The punishment of your Lord is to be dreaded. 57Ана ўша дуо қилаётганлари Роббиларига васила изларлар, қайсилари яқинроқ эканини (билмоқ учун). Унинг раҳматини орзу қилурлар ва азобидан қўрқурлар.
