The General Assembly may call the attention of the Security Council to situations which are likely to endanger international peace and security.

 3. Бош Ассамблея Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг эътиборинин халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликка таҳдид қилиши мумкин бўлган вазиятларга жалб эта олади.
The General Assembly shall receive and consider annual and special reports from the Security Council; these reports shall include an account of the measures that the Security Council has decided upon or taken to maintain international peace and security.

 1. Бош Ассамблея Хавфсизлик Кенгашининг йиллик ва махсус маърузаларини қабул қилиб олади ва кўриб чиқади; бу маърузалар халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликни сақлаш бўйича Хавфсизлик Кенгаши кўришга аҳд қилган ёки кўрган чоралар тўғрисидаги ҳисоботни ўз ичига олади.
The parties to any dispute, the continuance of which is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, shall, first of all, seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means of their own choice.

 1. Ҳар қандай низода қатнашувчи томонлар, бу низонинг давом этиши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликнинг сақланишига таҳдид соладиган бўлса, аввало, низонинг музокаралар юритиш, текшириш, воситачилик, ярашиш, арбитраж, суд йўли билан ҳал этиш ёки минтақавий органлар ё битимларга мурожаат қилиш ёки ўз хоҳишларига кўра, бошқа тинчлик воситалари билан бартараф қилишга интилишлари лозим.
The Security Council may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security.

 Хавфсизлик Кенггаши халқаро ихтилофга сабаб бўлиши ёки низо чиқариши мумкин бўлган ҳар қандай келишмовчилик ёки вазиятни, уларнинг давом этиши халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликнинг сақланишига таҳдид сола олиши эҳтимолини аниқлаш мақсадида, текширишга вакил қилинади.
If the Security Council deems that the continuance of the dispute is in fact likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, it shall decide whether to take action under Article 36 or to recommend such terms of settlement as it may consider appropriate.

Chapter VII: Action with Respect to Threats to the Peace, Breaches of the Peace, and Acts of Aggression

The Security Council shall determine the existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression and shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security.

 Хавфсизлик Кенгаши тинчликка ҳар қандай таҳдид қилиш, тинчликни ҳар қандай тарзда бузиш ёки босқинчилик ҳаракати мавжудлигини аниқлайди ва тавсиялар беради ёки халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликни сақлаш ёхуд тиклаш учун 41- ва 42-моддаларга мувофиқ қандай чоралар кўриш кераклигини ҳал қилади.
The Secretary-General may bring to the attention of the Security Council any matter which in his opinion may threaten the maintenance of international peace and security.

 Бош Котиб халқаро тинчлик ва хавфсизликка таҳдид солиши мумкин, деб ҳисобланган ҳар қандай масалани Хавфсизлик Кенгашига хабар қилишга ҳақлидир.
20. Those they invoke besides God create nothing, but are themselves created. 20Уларнинг Аллоҳдан ўзга ибодат қилаётганлари ҳеч нарсани ярата олмаслар. Ҳолбуки, ўзлари яратиладилар.
22. Your God is one God. As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, their hearts are in denial, and they are arrogant. 22Илоҳингиз ягона илоҳдир. Охиратга иймон келтирмайдиганларнинг қалблари инкор қилувчидир, ўзлари эса мутакаббирдирлар.

38. And they swear by God with their most solemn oaths, “God will not resurrect anyone who dies.” Yes indeed, it is a promise binding on Him, but most people do not know.

38Улар жон­жаҳдлари билан: «Аллоҳ ўлганларни қайта тирилтирмас», деб Аллоҳ номи ила қасам ичдилар. Йўқ! Бу, У зотнинг зиммасидаги ҳақ ваъдадир. Лекин одамларнинг кўплари билмаслар. 

51. God has said: “Do not take two gods; He is only One God; so fear only Me.”

51Аллоҳ: «Иккита илоҳ тутмангиз. Ҳақиқатда, У ёлғиз илоҳдир. Бас, Мендангина қўрқингиз», деди.

52. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and the earth; and to Him obedience is due always. Do you, then, fear anyone other than God?

52Осмонлару ердаги нарсалар Уникидир. Дин ҳам бардавом Уникидир. Аллоҳдан ўзгадан қўрқасизларми?

53. Whatever blessing you have is from God. And when harm touches you, it is to Him that you groan.

53Сизда қайсики неъмат бўлса, Аллоҳдандир. Сўнгра қачонки сизга ёмонлик етса, Унгагина ёлборурсиз.

73. And yet they serve besides God what possesses no provisions for them in the heavens, nor on earth, nor are they capable.

73Ва Аллоҳдан ўзга уларга осмонлару ердан ҳеч бир ризққа молик бўла олмайдиган ва ҳеч нарсага қодир бўла олмайдиган нарсаларга ибодат қиладиларми?
91. Fulfill God’s covenant when you make a covenant, and do not break your oaths after ratifying them. You have made God your guarantor, and God knows what you do. 91Агар аҳдлашсангиз Аллоҳнинг аҳдига вафо қилинг. Қасамларни таъкид қилинганидан сўнг бузманг. Батаҳқиқ, Аллоҳни ўзингизга кафил қилгансиз­а! Албатта, Аллоҳ нима қилаётганингизни билур.
95. And do not exchange God’s covenant for a small price. What is with God is better for you, if you only knew. 95Аллоҳнинг аҳдини оз баҳога сотиб юборманг. Агар билсангиз, сиз учун, албатта, Аллоҳнинг ҳузуридаги нарса яхшироқдир.
98. When you read the Quran, seek refuge with God from Satan the outcast. 98Қуръон ўқиган чоғингда, Аллоҳдан қувилган шайтон(шарри)дан паноҳ сўрагин.
106. Whoever renounces faith in God after having believed—except for someone who is compelled, while his heart rests securely in faith—but whoever willingly opens up his heart to disbelief—upon them falls wrath from God, and for them is a tremendous torment. 106Ким иймондан сўнг Аллоҳга куфр келтирса, қалби иймон ила ором топа туриб зўрланганлар бундан мустасно, ким кўксини куфрга очса, бас, уларга Аллоҳдан ғазаб бор. Уларга улкан азоб бор.
