Jewelry or other product made of precious metals and precious stones, consisting of soldered and inseparable parts of different fineness or different precious metals, shall be considered as a single product. In this case, the imprint of the main state hallmark shall be applied to the main part of the product, and the imprint of the additional state hallmark of the corresponding metal and fineness shall be applied to the soldered and inseparable parts of the product. Since working conditions and the state of labor protection depend on the development of economic and social infrastructure, the problems of maintaining the health of workers, reducing the level of occupational diseases in the workplace are inextricably linked with the solution of socio-economic problems. Our experience shows that technological factors (ease of use, speed of use and maintenance), organizational factors (variety of methods to support the prevention of occupational diseases, creation of favorable working conditions) and the environment - environmental factors, relevant factors (user attitude) and influencing factors (training experience, learning effectiveness and activity level) influence their mastery.

“Para-tariffs” means border charges, taxes and fees other than tariffs on foreign trade transactions with a tariff like effect, which are levied solely on imported goods. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the trade in goods between the Contracting Parties, relating to the products originating in the territories of the Contracting Parties that are specified in Annex I-A and Annex I-B of this Agreement. For the Contracting Parties to be able to protect their interests, such information shall be provided in advance. Before applying safeguard measures, the Contracting Party intending to apply such measure shall supply the other Contracting Party with all the relevant information required for a thorough examination of the situation with a view to seeking an acceptable solution to both of the Contracting Parties. In order to find such a solution, the Contracting Parties shall immediately hold consultations as set out in Article 19 of this Agreement. If, as a result of the consultations, the Contracting Parties do not reach an agreement within 30 days, the complaining Contracting Party may apply safeguard measures. a) any sanitary or phytosanitary measures are applied only to the extent necessary to protect human, animal or plant life or health, based on scientific principles and not maintained without sufficient evidence, taking into account the availability of relevant scientific information and regional conditions, а) ҳар қандай санитария ёки фитосанитария чоралари фақатгина инсон, ҳайвонот ва ўсимлик ҳаёти ёки соғлигини муҳофаза қилиш учун зарур бўлган даражада, илмий принципларга асосланган ва тегишли илмий маълумотлар мавжудлиги ва минтақавий вазиятларни ҳисобга олган ҳолда қўлланилади, етарлича далилларсиз қўлланилмайди;
b) technical regulations shall not be more trade-restrictive than necessary to fulfill a legitimate objective, taking into account the risks non-fulfillment would create. Such legitimate objectives are, inter alia: those described in Articles 15 and 16 of this Agreement; the prevention of deceptive practices, the protection of the environment. In order to create favorable conditions for importers/exporters, facilitate the movement of goods, eliminate unnecessary technical barriers to trade, without prejudice to the Parties’ bilateral and multilateral obligations, for the goods specified in Annexes I-A and I-B of this Agreement, the Contracting Parties will accept the results of accredited conformity assessment procedures (certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity and test reports) issued by conformity assessment bodies of the other Contracting Parties, provided that respective accreditation bodies of both Contracting Parties hold signatory status in the ILAC MRA and IAF MLA in relevant scopes. The decisions taken by the Joint Committee on any amendment to this Agreement shall be subject to the completion of the respective internal procedures of the Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 22 and Article 23 of this Agreement.
