Бу азизу ўта илмли зотнинг ўлчовидир.
16. So We unleashed upon them a screaming wind, for a few miserable days, to make them taste the punishment of shame in this life; but the punishment of the Hereafter is more shameful; and they will not be saved. 16Бас, Биз устларига шумлик кунларида сарсор шамолини юбордик. Буни уларга ҳаёти дунёнинг хорлик азобини тотдириш учун қилдик. Албатта, охират азоби хор қилгувчироқдир ва уларга нусрат берилмас.
17. And as for Thamood, We guided them, but they preferred blindness over guidance. So the thunderbolt of the humiliating punishment seized them, because of what they used to earn. 17Аммо Самуд бўлса, бас, Биз уларни ҳидоят қилдик. Улар эса, ҳидоятдан кўра кўрликни афзал кўрдилар. Бас, касб қилган нарсалари туфайли уларни хорлик азоби чақмоғи урди.
19. The Day when God’s enemies are herded into the Fire, forcibly. 19Аллоҳнинг душманлари дўзахга (ташланиш учун) жамланадиган, улар тизиб қўйиладиган кунни (эсла).
37. And of His signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not bow down to the sun, nor to the moon, but bow down to God, Who created them both, if it is Him that you serve. 37Кечаю кундуз, қуёшу ой Унинг оят­белгиларидан. Бас, қуёшга ҳам, ойга ҳам сажда қилманглар. Уларни яратган Аллоҳга сажда қилинг. Гар сиз Унгагина ибодат қилмоқчи бўлсангиз.
38. But if they are too proud—those in the presence of your Lord praise Him night and day, and without ever tiring. 38Агар улар мутакаббирлик қилсалар. Роббингнинг ҳузуридагилар Унга кечасию кундузи тасбиҳ айтурлар. Улар малол олмаслар.
40. Those who despise Our revelations are not hidden from Us. Is he who is hurled into the Fire better? Or he who arrives safely on the Day of Resurrection? Do as you please; He is Seeing of everything you do. 40Албатта, оятларимиз ҳақида эгрилик қиладиганлар Бизга махфий бўлиб қолмаслар. Дўзахга ташланадиган одам яхшими ёки қиёмат куни омон ҳолида келадиган одамми?! Нимани хоҳласангиз, қилаверинг. Албатта, У зот нима қилаётганингизни кўриб тургувчидир.
44. Had We made it a Quran in a foreign language, they would have said, “If only its verses were made clear.” Non-Arabic and an Arab? Say, “For those who believe, it is guidance and healing. But as for those who do not believe: there is heaviness in their ears, and it is blindness for them. These are being called from a distant place.” 45Батаҳқиқ, Биз Мусога китобни бердик. Бас, у ҳақида ихтилоф қилинди. Агар Роббинг томонидан олдин сўз ўтмаганида, ораларида, албатта, ҳукм чиқариларди. Албатта, улар у ҳақда гумонли шакдадирлар.
47. To Him is referred the knowledge of the Hour. No fruit emerges from its sheath, and no female conceives or delivers, except with His knowledge. And on the Day when He calls out to them, “Where are My associates?” They will say, “We admit to you, none of us is a witness.” нимани туғиши ҳам фақат Унинг илми ила бўлур. 7. Thus We inspired you with an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the Central City and whoever is around it, and to warn of the Day of Assembly, of which there is no doubt; a group in the Garden, and a group in the Furnace. 7Ана шундай қилиб, Биз сенга шаҳарларнинг онасини ва унинг атрофини огоҳлантиришинг учун, бўлишида ҳеч шубҳа йўқ жамлаш кунидан огоҳлантиришинг учун арабий Қуръонни юбордик. Бир гуруҳ жаннатда, бир гуруҳ дўзахда.
45. And you will see them exposed to it, cowering from disgrace, looking with concealed eyes. Those who believed will say, “The losers are those who lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection.” Indeed, the evildoers are in a lasting torment. 45Сен уларни у(дўзах)га кўндаланг қилинаётганларида хору зор ва қўрққан ҳолларида кўз қири билан назар солаётганларини кўрурсан. Иймон келтирганлар: «Албатта, зиёнкорлар қиёмат куни ўзларига ва аҳли аёлларига зиён қилганлардир» дерлар. Огоҳ бўлингким, албатта, золимлар доимий азобдадирлар.
47. Respond to your Lord before there comes from God a Day that cannot be turned back. You will have no refuge on that Day, and no possibility of denial. 47Аллоҳ томонидан, қайтариб бўлмайдиган кун келмай туриб, Роббингизга ижобат қилинг! Ўша куни сизга паноҳгоҳ топилмас ва сизга (тушган азобни) инкор қилгувчи топилмас.
49. To God belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates whatever He wills. He grants daughters to whomever He wills, and He grants sons to whomever He wills. 49Осмонлару ернинг мулки Аллоҳникидир. У зот хоҳлаган нарсасини яратур. У зот хоҳлаган кишисига қизлар ҳадя этур ва хоҳлаган кишисига ўғиллар ҳадя этур.
       They walked down the road to the old man’s shack and all along the road, in the dark, barefoot men were moving, carrying the masts of their boats. Улар чолнинг кулбасига тушиб боришди. Бутун йўл бўйлаб, қоронғида ўз қайиқларининг мачталарини кўтариб олган оёқ яланг кишилар боришарди.
