| On the request of the other Contracting Party, each Contracting Party shall provide information and reply to any question from the other Contracting Party within a period of 30 days, relating to an actual or proposed measure that might affect the operation of this Agreement. | Бир Аҳдлашувчи Томоннинг сўровига биноан ҳар бир Аҳдлашувчи Томон мазкур Битимнинг фаолиятига таъсир этиши мумкин бўлган масалалар юзасидан бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Томонни маълумотлар билан таъминлаши ҳамда сўралган масалаларга 30 кунлик муддат ичида жавоб бериши лозим. |
| Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of the Agreement between the Contracting Parties, shall first be settled amicably through bilateral consultations by the Joint Committee. | Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар ўртасида мазкур Битимни талқин этиш ёки қўллашдан келиб чиқадиган ҳар қандай низолар, биринчи навбатда, икки томонлама маслаҳатлашувлар орқали ҳал этилади. |

| All arbitrators shall be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, reliability, and sound judgment, and shall have specialized knowledge or experience in law, international trade or other matters relating to this Agreement or in the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements. They shall be independent, serve in their individual capacities and not be affiliated with, nor take instructions from any Party or organization related to this dispute. | Барча ҳакамлар (арбитраж аъзолари) холислик, ишончлилик ва соғлом фикр асосида танланиши ва қонунчилик, халқаро савдо ёки мазкур Битим билан боғлиқ бошқа масалаларда ёхуд халқаро савдо шартномалари бўйича келиб чиқадиган низоларни ҳал этишда махсус билим ва тажрибага эга бўлиши лозим. | If the consultations shall not be held within 60 days from the date of receipt of the request for consultations or if the Joint Committee cannot resolve the dispute within 45 days or if the Arbitration Panel cannot be established within 60 days after the date of receipt of request for establishment of the Arbitration Panel, then complaining Contracting Party shall have the right to withdraw the equivalent preferential treatment. | Башарти маслаҳатлашувларни ўтказиш бўйича сўров олинган кундан бошлаб 60 кун ичида ўтказилмаса ёки Қўшма қўмита 45 кун ичида низони ҳал қила олмаса ёхуд Арбитраж кенгашини тузиш тўғрисидаги сўров олинган кундан бошлаб 60 кун ичида Арбитраж кенгаши тузилмаса, бундай ҳолда шикоят қилувчи Аҳдлашувчи Томонлар эквивалент имтиёзли режимни бекор қилиш ҳуқуқига эга. |
| (c) “consignment” means products which are either sent simultaneously from one exporter to one consignee or covered by a single transport document covering their shipment from the exporter to the consignee; | (с) «товар туркуми» — бир вақтнинг ўзида бир экспортёрдан битта қабул қилувчига ёки битта транспорт ҳужжати билан экспортёрдан қабул қилувчига юбориладиган маҳсулотларни англатади; |
| (f) “importer” means the resident of one Contracting Party buying goods from the other Contracting Party; | (f) «импортёр» бир Аҳдлашувчи Томоннинг бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Томондан товарларни сотиб олувчи резидентини англатади; |
| Products covered by the Agreement imported into the territory of a Contracting Party from the other Contracting Party which are consigned directly within the meaning of Article 12 hereof, shall be eligible for preferential concessions if they conform to the origin requirement under any one of the following conditions: | Бир Аҳдлашувчи Томон ҳудудига бошқа Аҳдлашувчи Томондан мазкур Битимнинг 12-моддаси талабларига кўра тўғридан-тўғри юбориладиган ва қуйидаги келиб чиқиш мезонларидан бирига жавоб берган маҳсулотлар имтиёзларга эга бўлади: |

| (g) products processed and/or made on boards its factory ships exclusively from products referred to in subparagraph (e) and (f) above; | (g) фақат юқоридаги (е) ва (f) кичик бандларида кўрсатилган маҳсулотлардан мамлакат завод кемаларида қайта ишланган ва/ёки ишлаб чиқарилган маҳсулотлар; |
| (i) waste and scrap resulting from manufacturing operations conducted there; | (i) у ердаги ишлаб чиқариш ёки бошқа операцияларнинг натижаси ҳисобланган иккиламчи хом ашё ва чиқиндилар; |
