A state which is not a Member of the United Nations may become a party to the Statute of the International Court of Justice on conditions to be determined in each case by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.

Amendments to the present Charter shall come into force for all Members of the United Nations when they have been adopted by a vote of two thirds of the members of the General Assembly and ratified in accordance with their respective constitutional processes by two thirds of the Members of the United Nations, including all the permanent members of the Security Council.

 Ушбу Низомга киритиладиган тузатишлар, улар Бош Ассамблея Аъзоларининг учдан икки қисми овози билан қабул қилиниб, Ташкилот Аъзоларининг Хавфсизлик Кенгаши доимий Аъзоларининг ҳаммасини қўшгандаги учдан икки қисми овози билан уларнинг конституциявий тартиботига мувофиқ ратификация қилингач, Ташкилотнинг барча Аъзолари учун кучга киради.
Any alteration of the present Charter recommended by a two-thirds vote of the conference shall take effect when ratified in accordance with their respective constitutional processes by two thirds of the Members of the United Nations including all the permanent members of the Security Council.

 2. The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.

 1. Ушбу Низомни имзолаган давлатлар уни ўзларининг конституциявий тартиботларига мувофиқ ратификация қилишлари керак.

31. The Gardens of Perpetuity, which they will enter, beneath which rivers flow, where they will have whatever they desire. Thus God rewards the pious. 31У адн жаннатидир. 44. With the clarifications and the scriptures. And We revealed to you the Reminder, that you may clarify to the people what was revealed to them, and that they may reflect.

44 Очиқ-ойдин баёнотлар ва китоблар ила (юбордик). Ва сенга одамларга нозил қилинган нарсани ўзларига баён қилиб беришинг учун зикрни нозил қилдик. Шоядки, тафаккур қилсалар.

49. To God bows down everything in the heavens and everything on earth—every living creature, and the angels, and without being proud.

49Осмонлару ердаги барча жонзотлар ва фаришталар фақат Аллоҳга сажда қилурлар. Улар мутакаббирлик қилмаслар.

55. To show ingratitude for what We have given them. Enjoy yourselves. You will soon know.

55Уларга берган нарсаларимизга куфр келтирурлар. Бас, ҳузурланиб туринглар, тезда билурсиз.

61. If God were to hold mankind for their injustices, He would not leave upon it a single creature, but He postpones them until an appointed time. Then, when their time arrives, they will not delay it by one hour, nor will they advance it.

61 Агар Аллоҳ одамларни қилган зулмларига биноан тутганида, ер юзида битта ҳам жонзотни қўймас эди. Лекин уларни белгиланган ажалига қўйиб қўюр. Қачонки, ажаллари келса уни бир соат орқага ҳам, олдинга ҳам сура олмаслар.

64. We revealed to you the Scripture only to clarify for them what they differ about, and guidance and mercy for people who believe.

64Биз сенга китобни фақат уларга ўзлари ихтилоф қилган нарсаларни баён қилишинг учун, иймон келтирадиган қавмларга ҳидоят ва раҳмат этиб нозил этдик, холос.
82. But if they turn away, your only duty is clear communication. 81Аллоҳ сизга Ўзи яратган нарсалардан соялар қилиб қўйди ва сизга тоғлардан бошпаналар, сизларни иссиқдан сақлайдиган кийимлар ва зарбадан сақлайдиган кийимлар қилиб қўйди. Шундай қилиб, У сизларга Ўз неъматини батамом қилиб берди. Шоядки, мусулмон бўлсангиз.
101. When We substitute a verse in place of another verse—and God knows best what He reveals—they say, “You are an impostor.” But most of them do not know. 101Қачонки, Биз бир оят ўрнини бошқа бир оят ила алмаштирсак,–ҳолбуки, Аллоҳ нимани нозил қилишни ўзи яхши билгувчидир–улар: «Шубҳасиз, сен уйдирмачисан!» дерлар. Йўқ! Уларнинг кўплари билмаслар.
112. And God cites the example of a town that was secure and peaceful, with its livelihood coming to it abundantly from every direction. But then it turned unappreciative of God’s blessings, so God made it taste the robe of hunger and fear, because of what they used to craft. 112Аллоҳ бир шаҳарни зарбул масал қилади: у омонлик ва хотиржамликда эди. Ризқи ҳар макондан сероб ҳолда келиб турарди. Сўнг у Аллоҳнинг неъматларига куфр келтирди. Бас, Аллоҳ унга қилган ишлари учун очлик ва хавф кийимини тоттирди.
128. God is with those who are righteous and those who are virtuous. 128Албатта, Аллоҳ тақво қилганлар ва гўзал ишлар қилганлар биландир. 
2. And We gave Moses the Scripture, and made it a guide for the Children of Israel: Take none for protector other than Me. 2Ва Биз Мусога китобни бердик ва у(китоб)ни Бани Исроилга ҳидоят қилиб: «Мендан ўзгани вакил тутманглар!» дедик. 
4. And We conveyed to the Children of Israel in the Scripture: You will commit evil on earth twice, and you will rise to a great height. 4Биз у китобда Бани Исроилга, ер юзида икки марта бузғунчилик қилурсизлар ва катта туғёнга кетурсизлар, деб билдирдик.
