The Security Council shall encourage the development of pacific settlement of local disputes through such regional arrangements or by such regional agencies either on the initiative of the states concerned or by reference from the Security Council.

to promote constructive measures of development, to encourage research, and to co-operate with one another and, when and where appropriate, with specialized international bodies with a view to the practical achievement of the social, economic, and scientific purposes set forth in this Article; and

to promote the political, economic, social, and educational advancement of the inhabitants of the trust territories, and their progressive development towards self-government or independence as may be appropriate to the particular circumstances of each territory and its peoples and the freely expressed wishes of the peoples concerned, and as may be provided by the terms of each trusteeship agreement;

 б) Васийлик ҳудудларидаги аҳолининг сиёсий, иқтисодий ва ижтимоий тараққиётига, маориф соҳасидаги тараққиётига, ҳар бир ҳудуд ва ундаги халқларнинг ўзига хос томонларига мос ҳолда ва у халқларнинг эркин билдирилган хоҳишларини инобатга олиб ва васийлик тўғрисидаги ҳар бир шартномада кўзда тутилган шартларга кўра, уларнинг ўз-ўзини бошқариши ёки мустақиллик йўлидаги тараққиётига ёрдам бериш;

Over the past year, fish farms have implemented several measures to develop the industry. In particular, 7 hatcheries specializing in fry production were put into operation. Reproductive reservoirs for breeding 14 million fish were operated on 270 hectares. The number of farms for breeding cold-water fish was increased to 24, and their capacity was increased to 6,000 tons. In this direction, 5 new projects were implemented last year, and 1.2 thousand tons of new capacity were put into operation.

Балиқларни етиштирувчи хўжаликлар томонидан ўтган йил давомида соҳани ривожлантириш мақсадида бир қанча чора-тадбирлар амалга оширилди. Хусусан, личинка ишлаб чиқаришга ихтисослашган 7 та инкубация цехи ишга туширилди. 270 гектар майдонда қуввати 14 миллион дона сиғимли репродуктор ҳавза ишга туширилди. Совуқ сув балиқларини етиштирувчи хўжаликлар сони 24 тага, қуввати эса 6000 тоннага етказилди. Айнан шу йўналишда ўтган йилда янгидан 5 та лойиҳа амалга оширилиб, 1,2 минг тонна янги қувват ишга туширилди.
