196. And carry out the Hajj and the Umrah for Allah. But if you are prevented, then whatever is feasible of offerings. And do not shave your heads until the offering has reached its destination. Whoever of you is sick, or has an injury of the head, then redemption of fasting, or charity, or worship. When you are secure: whoever continues the Umrah until the Hajj, then whatever is feasible of offering. But if he lacks the means, then fasting for three days during the Hajj and seven when you have returned, making ten in all. This is for he whose household is not present at the Sacred Mosque. And remain conscious of Allah, and know that Allah is stern in retribution. 196Аллоҳ учун ҳаж ва умрани тугал адо этинг. Агар ушланиб қолсангиз, муяссар бўлганича қурбонлик қилинг. 204. Among the people is he whose speech about the worldly life impresses you, and he calls Allah to witness what is in his heart, while he is the most hostile of adversaries. 204Одамлар ичида дунё ҳаётидаги гапи сени ажаблантирадиганлари бор. 217. They ask you about fighting during the Holy Month. Say, “Fighting during it is deplorable; but to bar others from Allah’s path, and to disbelieve in Him, and to prevent access to the Holy Mosque, and to expel its people from it, are more deplorable with Allah. And persecution is more serious than killing. They will not cease to fight you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can. Whoever among you turns back from his religion, and dies a disbeliever—those are they whose works will come to nothing, in this life, and in the Hereafter. 237. If you divorce them before you have touched them, but after you had set the dowry for them, give them half of what you specified—unless they forego the right, or the one in whose hand is the marriage contract foregoes it. But to forego is nearer to piety. And do not forget generosity between one another. Allah is seeing of everything you do. 237Агар уларга қўл тегизмай талоқ қилсангиз ва маҳрни аниқлаб қўйган бўлсангиз, аниқланганнинг ярмини берасиз, магар аёл ёки никоҳ тугуни қўлида бўлган киши афв қилса, бермайсиз. 282. O you who believe! When you incur debt among yourselves for a certain period of time, write it down. And have a scribe write in your presence, in all fairness. And let no scribe refuse to write, as Allah has taught him. So let him write, and let the debtor dictate. And let him fear Allah, his Lord, and diminish nothing from it. But if the debtor is mentally deficient, or weak, or unable to dictate, then let his guardian dictate with honesty. And call to witness two men from among you. If two men are not available, then one man and two women whose testimony is acceptable to all—if one of them fails to remember, the other would remind her. Witnesses must not refuse when called upon. And do not think it too trivial to write down, whether small or large, including the time of repayment. That is more equitable with Allah, and stronger as evidence, and more likely to prevent doubt—except in the case of a spot transaction between you—then there is no blame on you if you do not write it down. And let there be witnesses whenever you conclude a contract, and let no harm be done to either scribe or witness. If you do that, it is corruption on your part. And fear Allah. Allah teaches you. Allah is aware of everything.

282Эй иймон келтирганлар! Маълум муддатга қарз олди­берди қилган вақтингизда, уни ёзиб қўйинг. Орангизда бир ёзувчи адолат билан ёзсин. Ҳеч бир ёзувчи Аллоҳ билдирганидек қилиб ёзишдан бош тортмасин. Бас, ёзсин ва ҳақ зиммасига тушган киши айтиб турсин, Роббига тақво қилсин ва ундан ҳеч нарсани камайтирмасин. Агар ҳақ зиммасига тушган киши эсипаст, заиф ёки айтиб тура олмайдиган бўлса, унинг валийси адолат билан айтиб турсин. Эркакларингиздан икки кишини гувоҳ қилинг. 7. It is He who revealed to you the Book. Some of its verses are definitive; they are the foundation of the Book, and others are unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation, they follow the unspecific part, seeking dissent, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none knows its interpretation except Allah and those firmly rooted in knowledge say, “We believe in it; all is from our Lord.” But none recollects except those with understanding. 7У сенга китобни туширган зотдир. Унда муҳкам оятлар ҳам бор ва улар китобнингаслидир ва муташобиҳ (оят)лар ҳам бор. Қалбларида ҳидоятдан оғиш борлар фитна мақсадида ва уни таъвил қилиш мақсадида ундан муташобиҳ бўлганига эргашади. Унинг таъвилини Аллоҳдан бошқа ҳеч ким билмас. Илмда собит бўлганлар эса, унга иймон келтирдик, барчаси Раббимиз ҳузуридандир, дерлар. Ва фақат ақл эгаларигина эслайдилар.
22. They are those whose deeds will come to nothing, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will have no saviors. 22Ана ўшалар амаллари бу дунёю охиратда ҳабата бўлганлардир ва уларга ёрдам берувчилар йўқдир.
106. On the Day when some faces will be whitened, and some faces will be blackened. As for those whose faces are blackened: “Did you disbelieve after your belief?” Then taste the punishment for having disbelieved. 106Юзлар оқ ва юзлар қора бўладиган кунда юзлари қора бўлганларга: «Иймонингиздан кейин кофир бўлдингизми?! Куфр келтирган бўлганингиз учун азобни татиб кўринг», дейилур.
107. But as for those whose faces are whitened: they are in Allah’s mercy, remaining in it forever. 107Юзлари оқ бўлганлар эса, бас, Аллоҳнинг раҳматидадирлар. Улар унда абадий қолурлар.
75. And why would you not fight in the cause of Allah, and the helpless men, and women, and children, cry out, “Our Lord, deliver us from this town whose people are oppressive, and appoint for us from Your Presence a Protector, and appoint for us from Your Presence a Victor.” 75Нима учун Аллоҳнинг йўлида ва: «Эй Роббимиз, бизни аҳли золим шаҳардан чиқаргин, бизга Ўз томонингдан дўст ато қилгин ва Ўз томонингдан нусратчиато қилгин», деяётганзаифҳол эрк агу аёл ва болалар йўлида жанг қилмайсизлар?!

41. O Messenger! Do not let those who are quick to disbelief grieve you—from among those who say with their mouths, “We believe,” but their hearts do not believe; and from among the Jews—listeners to lies, listeners to other people who did not come to you. They distort words from their places, and they say, “If you are given this, accept it; but if you are not given it, beware.” Whomever Allah has willed to divert, you have nothing for him from Allah. Those are they whose hearts Allah does not intend to purify. For them is disgrace in this world, and for them is a great punishment in the Hereafter.

41Эй Пайғамбар! Оғизлари ила, иймон келтирдик, деб қалблари иймон келтирмаганлар ва яҳудий бўлганларнинг куфрга ошиқадиганларидан хафа бўлма. Улар ёлғонни кўп эшитадилар, сенга келмаган қавмлардан ҳам эшитадилар. Сўзларни жойларидан ўзгартирадилар. Улар: «Агар сизга бу берилса, олинглар, агар бу берилмаса, ҳазир бўлинглар», дерлар. Аллоҳ кимни фитнага солишни ирода қилса, унга Аллоҳ томонидан бўладиган бирон нарсани тўса олмассан. Аллоҳ ана ўшаларнинг қалбларини поклашни ирода қилмади. Уларга бу дунёда шармандалик бор. Уларга охиратда улкан азоб бор.

52. You will see those in whose hearts is sickness racing towards them. They say, “We fear the wheel of fate may turn against us.” But perhaps Allah will bring about victory, or some event of His making; thereupon they will regret what they concealed within themselves.

The inspection staff shall be composed of public officials whose status and conditions of service are such that they are assured of stability of employment and are independent of changes of government and of improper external influences. He will repay them for what they used to invent. 138Улар ўзларича: «Мана бу чорва ва эк инлар ҳаром, уларни фақат биз хоҳлаган кишиларгина ейрлар ва мана бу миниши ҳаром қилинган чорвалар», дедилар. 8. The scales on that Day will be just. Those whose weights are heavy—it is they who are the successful. 8Ўша куни (амалларни) тортиш ҳақдир. Бас, кимнинг тортилган (амаллари) оғир келса, ана ўшалар нажот топгувчилардир.
