And We shaded you with clouds, and We sent down to you manna and quails: “Eat of the good things We have provided for you.” They did not wrong Us, but they used to wrong their own souls. 57Ва булутни устингиздан соя солдириб қўйдик, сизга манн ва беданани туширдик. 87. We gave Moses the Scripture, and sent a succession of messengers after him. And We gave Jesus son of Mary the clear proofs, and We supported him with the Holy Spirit. Is it that whenever a messenger comes to you with anything your souls do not desire, you grew arrogant, calling some impostors, and killing others? 87Ва батаҳқиқ, Мусога китобни бердик ва унинг ортидан Пайғамбарларни кетма­ кет юбордик. 90. Miserable is what they sold their souls for—rejecting what Allah has revealed, out of resentment that Allah would send down His grace upon whomever He chooses from among His servants. Thus they incurred wrath upon wrath. And there is a demeaning punishment for the disbelievers. 90Улар ўзларини сотган нарса, Аллоҳ бандаларидан хоҳлаганига Ўз фазлидан туширганига ҳасад қилиб, Аллоҳ туширган нарсага куфр келтирмоқлик, қандоқ ҳам ёмон. Улар ғазабнинг устига ғазабни лозим тутдилар. Кофирларга хор қилувчи азоб бордир.

102. And they followed what the devils taught during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but it was the devils who disbelieved. They taught the people witchcraft and what was revealed in Babylon to the two angels Harut and Marut. They did not teach anybody until they had said, “We are a test, so do not lose faith.” But they learned from them the means to cause separation between man and his wife. But they cannot harm anyone except with Allah's permission. And they learned what would harm them and not benefit them. Yet they knew that whoever deals in it will have no share in the Hereafter. Miserable is what they sold their souls for, if they only knew.

102 Ва Сулаймон подшолигида шайтонлар тиловат қилган нарсага эргашдилар. Сулаймон куфр келтиргани йўқ. Лекин шайтонлар одамларга сеҳрни ўргатиб, кофир бўлдилар. 235. You commit no error by announcing your engagement to women, or by keeping it to yourselves. Allah knows that you will be thinking about them. But do not meet them secretly, unless you have something proper to say. And do not confirm the marriage tie until the writing is fulfilled. And know that Allah knows what is in your souls, so beware of Him. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Forbearing. 235У аёлларга ишора ила совчилик қилишингиз ёки уни ўз ичингизда тутишингизда гуноҳ йўқ. Аллоҳ сиз уларни, албатта,эслашингизни билади. 265. And the parable of those who spend their wealth seeking Allah’s approval, and to strengthen their souls, is that of a garden on a hillside. If heavy rain falls on it, its produce is doubled; and if no heavy rain falls, then dew is enough. Allah is seeing of everything you do. 265Молларини Аллоҳнинг розилигини истаб, ўзларидаги ишонч билан сарфлайдиганлар худди тепаликдаги боққа ўхшарлар. Унга қаттиқ ёмғир ёғса, мевасини икки баробар беради. Агар қаттиқ ёмғир ёғмаса, майдалаб ёққани ҳам бўлаверади. Ва Аллоҳ қилаётганларингизни кўриб турувчи зотдир.
117. The parable of what they spend in this worldly life is that of a frosty wind that strikes the harvest of a people who have wronged their souls, and destroys it. Allah did not wrong them, but they wronged their own selves. 117Уларнинг бу дунё ҳаётида қиладиган нафақалари мисоли ўзига зулм қилган бир қавмнингэкинини уриб ҳалок қилган совуқ шамолга ўхшайди. Аллоҳ уларга зулм қилмади.Лекин улар ўзларига зулм қилдилар.
97. While the angels are removing the souls of those who have wronged themselves, they will say, “What was the matter with you?” They will say, “We were oppressed in the land.” They will say, “Was Allah’s earth not vast enough for you to emigrate in it?” These—their refuge is Hell. What a wretched retreat! 97Ўзига зулм қилувчи ҳолида жони олинаётганларга фаришталар: «Нима қилаётган эдинглар?» дерлар. Улар: «Ер юзида бечора эдик», дерлар. Алар: «Аллоҳнинг ери кенг эди­ку, ҳижрат қилсангиз бўлмасмиди?!» дерлар. Ана ўшаларнинг жойи жаҳаннамдир. У қандай ҳам ёмон жой!

128. If a woman fears maltreatment or desertion from her husband, there is no fault in them if they reconcile their differences, for reconciliation is best. Souls are prone to avarice; yet if you do what is good, and practice piety—Allah is Cognizant of what you do.

128Агар аёл киши ўз эридан нафрат ва юз ўгириш содир бўлишидан қўрқса, икковлари ўзаро сулҳга келишишларида гуноҳ йўқ. Сулҳ яхшидир. Нафслар қизғанишга ҳозирдир. Агар яхшилик ва тақво қилсангиз, албатта, Аллоҳ нима қилаётганингиздан хабардор зотдир.
70. We made a covenant with the Children of Israel, and We sent to them messengers. Whenever a messenger came to them with what their souls did not desire, some of them they accused of lying, and others they put to death. 70Батаҳқиқ, Биз Бани Исроилдан мийсоқ–аҳднома олдик ва уларга Пайғамбарлар юбордик. Ҳар қачон уларнинг ҳавои нафсларига тўғри келмайдиган нарса келтирган Пайғамбарни: бир гуруҳларини ёлғончи дедилар, бир гуруҳларини ўлдирдилар.

80. You will see many of them befriending those who disbelieve. Terrible is what their souls prompts them to do. The wrath of Allah fell upon them, and in the torment they will remain.

80Улардан кўпларининг куфр келтирганларни валий­дўст тутганини кўрасан. Уларга нафслари тақдим қилган нарса қандай ҳам ёмон бўлди. Аллоҳ уларга ғазаб қилди. Ва улар азобда боқий қолувчилардир.

105. O you who believe! You are responsible for your own souls. He who has strayed cannot harm you if you are guided. To Allah is your return, all of you, and He will inform you of what you used to do.

105Эй иймон келтирганлар! Ўзингизни билинг. Агар ҳидоятда бўлсангиз, уларнинг адашганлари сизга зарар қилмас. Ҳаммангизнинг қайтиб борадиган жойингиз Аллоҳнинг ҳузурида. Ўшанда сизга қилиб юрган ишларингизнинг хабарини берадир.
12. Say, “To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth?” Say, “To Allah.” He has inscribed for Himself mercy. He will gather you to the Day of Resurrection, in which there is no doubt. Those who lost their souls do not believe. 12Сен:«Осмонлар ва ердаги нарсалар кимники?» деб айт! «Аллоҳники», деб айт! У Ўзига Ўзи раҳматни ёзиб қўйган. 20. Those to whom We have given the Book recognize it as they recognize their own children; but those who have lost their souls do not believe. 20Биз китоб берганлар уни ўз фарзандларини танигандек танирлар. Улар ўзларига зиён қилганлардир, ана ўшалар иймон келтирмаслар.
26. They keep others from it, and avoid it themselves; but they ruin only their own souls, and they do not realize. 26Ва улар (одамларни) ундан қайтарадилар ва ундан узоқлашадилар. Улар сезмаган ҳолларида ўзларини ҳалок қиладилар, холос.
93. Who does greater wrong than someone who invents falsehood against Allah, or says, “It was revealed to me,” when nothing was revealed to him, or says, “I will reveal the like of what Allah revealed”? If only you could see the wrongdoers in the floods of death, as the angels with arms outstretched: “Give up your souls. Today you are being repaid with the torment of shame for having said about Allah other than the truth, and for being too proud to accept His revelations.” 93Аллоҳга нисбатан ёлғон тўқиган ёки унга ҳеч нарса ваҳий қилинмаса ҳам, менга ваҳий келди, деган ёхуд, Аллоҳ нозил қилган нарсага ўхшаш нарсани мен ҳам нозил қиламан, деган кимсадан ҳам золимроқ кимса борми? Золимларнинг ўлим талвасаси пайтларини, фаришталарнинг уларга қўл чўзиб: «Жонингизни чиқаринг! Бугунги кунда Аллоҳга нисбатан ноҳақ гап айтганларингиз учун ва Унинг оятларидан мутакаббирлик қилиб юрганингиз учун хорлик азоби ила жазоланурсиз», дегандаги ҳолларини кўрсанг эди.
9. But as for those whose weights are light—it is they who have lost their souls, because they used to mistreat Our revelations. 9Ва кимнинг тортилган (амаллари) енгил келса, бас, ана ўшалар Бизнинг оятларимизга зулм қилиб, ўзларига зиён этганлардир.
37. Who does greater wrong than he who invents lies about Allah, or denies His revelations? These—their share of the decree will reach them. Until, when Our envoys come to them, to take their souls away, they will say, “Where are they whom you used to pray to besides Allah?” They will say, “They have abandoned us,” and they will testify against themselves that they were faithless. 37Аллоҳга нисбатан ёлғон тўқиган ёки Унинг оятларини ёлғонга чиқарган кимсадан ҳам золимроқ одам борми?! Ана ўшаларга китобдан насибалари етадир. Бизнинг элчиларимиз келиб уларнинг жонларини олаётиб: «Аллоҳдан ўзга ибодат қилаётган нарсаларингиз қани?» дерлар. Улар: «Биздан ғоиб бўлишди», дерлар ва ўз зиёнларига, кофир бўлганларини айтиб, гувоҳлик берарлар.
