178. O you who believe! Retaliation for the murdered is ordained upon you: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the female for the female. 36. And when she delivered her, she said, “My Lord, I have delivered a female,” and Allah was well aware of what she has delivered, “and the male is not like the female, and I have named her Mary, and have commended her and her descendants to Your protection, from Satan the outcast.” 36Уни (Марямни) туққан чоқда: «Эй Роббим, мен буни қиз туғдим­ку!!» деди. 195. And so their Lord answered them: “I will not waste the work of any worker among you, whether male or female. You are one of another. For those who emigrated, and were expelled from their homes, and were persecuted because of Me, and fought and were killed—I will remit for them their sins, and will admit them into gardens beneath which rivers flow—a reward from Allah. 11. Allah instructs you regarding your children: The male receives the equivalent of the share of two females. If they are daughters, more than two, they get two-thirds of what he leaves. If there is only one, she gets one-half. As for the parents, each gets one-sixth of what he leaves, if he had children. If he had no children, and his parents inherit from him, his mother gets one-third. If he has siblings, his mother gets one-sixth. After fulfilling any bequest and paying off debts. Your parents and your children—you do not know which are closer to you in welfare. This is Allah's Law. Allah is Knowing and Judicious. 11Аллоҳ сизга фарзандларингиз ҳақида васият этиб, бир ўғилга икки қиз насибасича беришни амр этади. Агар улар иккитадан кўп (аёл) бўлсалар, уларга у (ота) қолдирганнинг учдан иккиси. Агар қиз битта бўлса, унга ярми. Агар унинг боласи бўлса, у тарк қилган нарсадан ота­онасининг ҳар бирига олтидан бир. Агар унинг боласи бўлмаса ва ота­онаси меросхўр бўлса, онасига учдан бир. 117. They invoke in His stead only females. In fact, they invoke none but a rebellious devil. 117Улар ундан бошқа фақат аёл­санамларга ибодат қиладилар ва фақат бебош шайтонга ибодат қиладилар.

If the siblings are men and women, the male receives the share of two females.” Allah makes things clear for you, lest you err. Allah is Aware of everything. 176Сендан фатво сўрарлар. Сен: «Аллоҳ сизга калола ҳақида фатво берадир», деб айт. Агар бир одам ўлса­ю,унинг боласи бўлмаса, синглиси бўлса, унга марҳумдан қолганнинг ярми берилади. Агар сингилнинг боласи бўлмаса, у ҳамма меросни олади. Агар сингил иккита бўлса, улар марҳумдан қолганнинг учдан иккисини оларлар.
